20, and youngest on the team. Yes, he is probably frustrated - as he knows how talented he is, and probably feels he should be starting. Ime, if he is as good of a coach as people say, needs to nip this in the bud, sit with Cam, explain the strategy, and game plan, let him talk about it and express any thoughts about it, and adjust the plan a bit if necessary. He is the kind of guy that needs to feel he is moving forward and in important ways - Ime needs to handle him or he might just explode and force his way out. Truthfully, he only played 18 minutes.....why? In games like today - he should have been 24+...... But in the end, this is a communication situation, everyone else knows their role and is happy in it. Cam wants more - that is what great players do.........so do crazy ones, you have to decide which he is, or is trending towards. DD
Just curious how scouts are able to find out if a player has bad attitude/attitude problems. I mean do they get the players to take personality tests or something. I imagine they can only see the players train and play, i guess they find out from the coaches??

Not sure if true or not but on the Rockets reddit there is talk of Cam brushing off both Tari and having a little argument and shoving match with JG. If true then thats disconcerting its one thing to be mad at the coach but blowing off your teammates as well is not a good look imo.
The Rockets were struggling to score and who do they bring in first? Tate and Holiday...Cam probably gets 3 mins if they had their shots dropping. I'd be frustrated also...
Some of you are blind or just don't understand body language at all And I'm not even talking about Cams body language either. Look at Tari Easons reaction when Cam walks off. Easons face is telling you everything. He has that "you ok *****? You straight? **** is wrong with you" then Eason gives him that "oh well whatever" shrug Look at Dillon Brooks point at Whitmore with a smirk. We call that the "this *****" implying Cam is tripping
Just a textbook case of many a military kid. One kid in the family just happens to turn out having very strong 5 senses (aka sensitivity), wants to please his strict but largely absent parent, tries to bury his sensitivity and suppressed feelings, but then it keeps blowing up on him. For example, when he doesn't feel appreciated for burying his feelings and still performing well. He feels like he did a lot more than just play well, so his expectation is not aligned with reality. Psych wards and homeless encampments filled with these. Good thing Cam has a support system (family, coach, team). It's true he could have ended up a KPJ but he's not. Cam doesn't have mental problems, he just needs some basic therapy or a mentor to help him understand that if his goal is to win the starting job, he has to learn to communicate it in plain, uncharged actions/words rather than passive aggression. He has to understand if he's the best SG, then we all want him. However for us the definition of a good player includes some basic minimal professional standards. Those are important to us just like his feelings are important to him. His feelings - I hate to say it - are not important to the fan base or the team executives. That's the truth Cam.
Why should they babysit him or coddle his feelings? He's an adult and an NBA player. The Rockets are winning. It's funny that you have patience with some players and not others. You advocated trading Green and while he's been inconsistent he never pouted or acted like this when he got benched.
Ngl I find it funny that folks btch about how much of a diva green is with no actual evidence and Champions the likes of kpj and Whitmore yet time and time again we are shown evidence of mood swings and divaness by the latter. I don't even know why some folks defend this type of behavior. We are winning right now, play for the team or go pout elsewhere
He’s 20 years old and has all star level talent. He’s better than Jalen and he would average 25 ppg on other teams. Trading just to get rid of him would be stupid, especially if Tari can’t stay healthy.
