Since @Jontro reminded me some rockets fans were born after I was skipping college classes it reminds me some youngins have no clue what domination is on a basketball court.
Im not stopping anything I gave my opinion as I see it on this team. Ime's offense is not good. At the end of the day its just one on one basketball and jacking up shots. his main goal is to stop the other team wear them down from scoring and win the war of attrition. however if the other team has a more powerful offense that can overcome our defense we will get blown out because we dont have the offense to match. it was his problem with the celtics. they had to rework the entire offense and bring in more shooters when he left while also trying to maintain their defense.
If the following players came up in the era of YouTube, they would get so much more respect... Magic Bird Sabonis Ralph Oscar Dr. J Dominique
He played 20 yrs as a superstar including the most regular and post season mins in history. He had like 9 consecutive finals runs or something that **** is brutal.
Şengün will be OK. He is the star of the team, deservedly earned that and he needs to feel that way. He will hopefully find his confidence back. Good to win a very important game
Man…we know how great Domantas Sabonis is, right? Arvydas is literally his daddy on the court and off. Possibly the most underrated player in all of history and definitely one of the top 5 best players of the 80s
By the way you post you dont even respect yourself. You came in hot and seem really angry at me for no reason. get a life or some p***y man im not your punching bag.
And don’t get me going on young Arvydas in the Soviet Union. There is an argument to be made he is a top five all time player. We only got to see the remnants of him in Portland after injuries had taken big parts of his game away.
You literally the one who said you dont respect my basketball opinion out of the blue and you are saying I came in hot??? Maybe take a look at the **** you post first.
I've been slandering adams all season. Im finally seeing his worth. he was huge. Almost lost the game when he went out.
But the people in the 80s never played 20 yrs as a superstar either so why does that matter? It just shows how special Lebron he played the most minutes both regular and post season. His 9 yr finals run is longer than most careers in the 80s.
The clips that did survive...dang. Portland could have supplanted the Bulls and Pistons with that roster... if it stayed healthy. Teaming Drexler with Sabonis, Bowie, and Petro.
Jumping team to team does that... as well as PEDs instead of cocaine and mar1juana... looking at you Rockets 1986 backcourt.
