Yes it's a gamble to wait for Ant, but I just don't think Booker puts us over the top. This is a really good draft. Maybe we just wait it out and get another great asset via the draft. I did put together a trade for both Booker and Durant without affecting our core, that I would consider. It would still commit us to Booker as one of our Max contracts, but Durant would be gone in 2 years. In the meantime, our youngsters could be developing and Booker and Durant along with Amen, Dillon, Jabari (when he gets back) and Sengun would make us contenders both this year and next depending on health. That might be a gamble I would take. Giannis is not a great fit, but I'd still do it. If nothing else watching Amen, Giannis, Jalen, and Jabari run and gun would be incredibly entertaining and our defense would be stellar.
Yes we have to see a full season of his production. But you got to understand that he's still very young and he played 2 season under silas lol
So maybe Cameron Johnson has us meet somewhere in the middle? Because standing pat probably has us bounced in the second round this year......and adding a star this summer takes away from this many young kids development (plus add more Rooks).
Yeah, it has to be 15, not 10 or 5, in order to include his best game of the season to make the bad games since then look better. After the next game, that won't work anymore and you won't want to see "last 15 games" anymore. Drop that to 14 and the numbers drop to 20 points, 3.9 rebounds; shooting splits of 43/32/85 and 54% TS% I get you guys think you can fool people by dishonestly playing with statistics, but it won't fool anyone who actually watches the games. Jalen has had a few good games, just enjoy those rare occasions and stop embarrassing yourselves by trying to pretend it's something more than that.

Because it's not the same circumstances for everyone. Family, beliefs, some love fans others don't care, etc. It's essentially a championship in a different league IMO. That's a good way to put it. It's like winning the Euro League. Yeah it's better than the rest of the world, but it's not the NBA.
