Disagree. Meaningless game is meaningless. When the only gain is draft position by losing, that has to be a consideration for any smart organization, though in reality it is probably complicated to execute with some coaches and players playing for jobs
They’re gonna keep wearing them, keep losing in them, embarrassment will set in and eventually will stop wearing them.
NFL Draft seeding procedures (for those that are curious): Teams that didn’t qualify for the playoffs are assigned draft slots 1-20. The order is determined by the standings at the end of the regular season: The club with the worst record will pick first, and the one with the best record will pick 20th. Teams that did qualify for the playoffs are assigned draft slots 21-32. The order is determined by the results of the previous year’s postseason play: The four teams eliminated in the wild card round pick in slots 21-24 in the reverse order of their final regular season records. The four teams eliminated in the divisional round pick in slots 25-28 in the reverse order of their final regular season records.
NFC South has to be the worst division. Even worse than the AFC South. NFC South is up for grabs and both the Bucs and Falcons don't look like they want it.
How often have the Rockets worn San Diego Rockets colors/uniforms. I've seen it, but it seems extremely rare. And nobody in Houston really gives a crap about the 4 years in San Diego except for maybe the fact that Elvin Hayes, Calvin Murphy, and Rudy T got their start there.
As did Pat Riley (I think he is still bitter... lol) In comparison tho, there is no NBA team in San Diego.... yet
