Everything you just said it true. Except for the nuns not having samurai laser sword fights...that might be pretty b!tchin'....once
Do you need to watch part 2 first? I'm still trying to get past the baron as Col. Kurtz in the first movie.
No. Dune: Prophecy is about the founding of the Bene Gesserit and the early starting of the breeding program that leads to the birth of Paul. We will likely see the supernatural side of Paul in the third movie ... if they go that route.
You MUST watch the 1984 movie thats 3.5 hours, followed by the mini series made in 2000, followed by dune 1 and dune 2 for it to make any sense all in one sitting. Dont say I didnt warn you.
I thought he already showed his supernatural side...damn thats crazy! Bro about to show us the real SSJ2 transformation
IMO I think Dune part 1 (not that Lynch film from the 80’s) is the essential Dune film to start with and if you get pretty much what you need to. It’s got all the exposition and world building that you need and nothing too much more. Based on my first viewing I didn’t get that this show is really mandatory Dune viewing for the film series. If you want to get nerdy with the Dune world after 1 and 2 then great go knock yourself out, but don’t kill yourself to make sure you see see.
WTF... The best part about this show is space Ragnar and they make him into the bad guy? The space witches are evil, they are the bad guys..... Why do this? WTF
Oh you mean raised by wolves it was a good concept of a show . It was good ish, way better than dune prophecy
Dune prophecy was not bad, they just completely ruined all of the potential by not having a moral compass in order to push terrible characters that were terrible people in general..... The characters that were good like space Ragnar and the emperors wife were made to be bad when they were actually in the right.... They wanted multiple girl bosses instead..... 7/10
I hate to break it to you buddy, but one of the core tenets of the Dune saga is that there are no good guys.
