    Granted Arizona State had nothing to lose and was taking chances all game that were working, Texas played like **** in the second half (excluding OT) and got lucky.

    Also if Auburn can’t make FGs, Texas can’t win close games.

    Also, double check this but . . .

    “In college football, you cannot "carry" a ball runner into the endzone, meaning you cannot actively lift or pull a teammate carrying the ball to assist them in gaining forward progress; pushing a runner forward is allowed, but grabbing or pulling them is considered a penalty.”

    "targeting" implies a level of intent.

    There was no intent on that play. And yes, it should have absolutely been a personal foul regardless.
