White grievance is far more powerful in shaping society in the West so when white people fear brown people the wheels turn efficiently for a stronger police state. If a Jewish man does a violent act against another non Jewish person because their religion tells them that they "deserve" a piece of land, we wouldn't tolerate every time a situation like that happens with people saying "there goes the Jews, doing Jew things".

We wouldn't because that would be anti-semetic. The western world has a certain tolerance for anti-semtisim vs islamophobia and that tolerance is significantly smaller.

The debate is whether Islam is that one time where religious bigotry is justified.
