At least they changed it that way for the playoffs, but why not for the whole season?

Agreed and they would have to increase OT from 10 mins to 15 mins.

    Booo Hooo.

Sudden-Death worked well for several decades. Over the last 25 years they have been slowly ruining the game with stupid crap. Some of you seem on board with most of the changes ruining the game and want even more.

The 70s, 8Os, and 90s was a much better game. And no one whined that Sudden-Death is "not fair." Smmfh.

This darnold thing is so funny. Every few years, some random bum QB has a good fluke season and gets a massive deal, yet teams never learn. Did people not see how Foles turned out? Daniel Jones? So crazy it's gonna happen again when he gets 50 mil a year.

Show me one post where it shows me putting J-Love "on a pedestal." Just one, I'll wait.

Having a Jordan Love avatar doesn't equate to me putting ANY singular player on a "pedestal." Players come and go, I am forever loyal only to the G on the helmet.

Now, let's get back to football, rather than always having to deal with Texans fans butthurt over the fact the Packers are far and away the superior franchise over their precious Texans. As always, only the facts from me.

Who do I like getting to the bowl out of the AFC you ask? My money and mind is on Buffalo. I would enjoy heading down to New Orleans for the bowl like I did in 1997. Packers over the Pats for the Lombardi that year if you recall. Not a better Super Bowl week put on anywhere than the one New Orleans puts on.

The best halftime performance at any Super Bowl I ever attended? ZZ Top in 1997. The worst? The Black Eyed Peas, Slash, and Usher in Dallas in 2011. Ice and Snow the whole week in Dallas as well. What a disaster that Super Bowl week was. The game was fantastic though! Another Lombardi brought back to it's home in Green Bay!

I don't care about your franchise history, and am certainly not butthurt over it. You've had a team 83 years longer than us. You are living in the past. There have been bigger threats since we got a team in 2002, and it certainly wasn't your team. You won 1 Superbowl since we started our franchise. Better than us, sure, but 7 other teams won 1 Superbowl since the Texans started playing. The Steelers, TB, and the Giants won 2. The biggest champions since we started playing were the AFC teams of Kansas City with 3 Superbowls and the Patriots with 6. The AFC has dominated the playoffs since we started playing, with 14-8 wins over the NFC. They will probably win it again this year and I really doubt it will be Green Bay as the NFC Champion that they beat.

What are you even arguing with the above drivel? Lmmfao.

I am not making this Texans vs. Packers, never have. My point is the insecurity of some here(not you necessarily) over every word I write. That is what I consider 'butthurt.'

No one here believes it, but I in fact am a casual Texans fan. Oilers as well(never Nash, Houston)
You have a friggin' ally in me and don't even realize it. Smmfh. I was banned from the Colts forum for speaking only facts and they couldn't handle it. Speaking facts in support of who? The Texans.

I stop here, or any forum, when I have a spare moment to talk football. Why it always turns to Texans vs. Packers for some here is beyond me. The only real relevant debate was settled on the grass in October.

Who will I be supporting in the probable Steelers vs. Texans matchup? Texans duh. Look out Steelers fans. There is an A-hole coming, and he is coming with facts! That fan base is still extremely butthurt over Super Bowl XLV.

What you call insecurity I just call annoyance. Maybe that's what others felt too when you popped into their forums going on about your team in their sports forums not Green Bay..

The Viqueens are in a tough spot, Darnold looks like Dan Marino this year, but I am not sold on him, he`s been in the league for 6 years and this is his first "excellent" season, do you pay him based on that or let him walk and get JJ ready........I would try and sign Darnold to a 1 year mega deal although I am sure he would not do that. I wouldn't pay him

He’s not even that good THIS season, he’s basically just been the poker player who hits all their flush draws which makes them look like a genius. I wouldn’t even consider giving him a massive deal, this is literally foles/daniel jones all over again.

I am so jealous of the Lions offense, the best OL in football, a two headed running back attack, excellent WR play and a decent QB that if given protection will carve you up.....................why the hell can't we have something like that. They are in year 4 of their rebuild after going, Campbell finished his first season with a 3–13–1 record and look at them now. I guess I need to be patient, it can happen

I’d still take the texans long term over the lions, we have a qb and they don’t. They have done an amazing job paying everyone though, they have an absurd amount of high priced stars.

I was in the Colts forum discussing the Texans, not the Packers. The owner of the site and I still talk. Actually do NFL Livestreams together on YouTube occasionally. She is a fantastic human being. Her mods constantly whined to her that they were intimidated by me. They were upset she and I were friendly. She asked me if she could show them she banned me to appease them. She knows I couldn't give 2 craps.

If I "annoy" or intimidate you, simply don't read my comments.

Enjoy the New Year! Get out and get some fresh air tonite. Would do you good.

Packers vs. Buffalo Super Bowl! Get on board while there is still time Texans fan.

I never responded to most of your comments until recently. I simply disagreed with some of the remarks you made recently. Take your own advice. Get out and get some fresh air. That remark in itself shows you know nothing about me. I'm an outdoors lover. Also, not everyone has to agree with your perception, views, or what they might consider condescending remarks at times. Why do you think I or any other huge Texans fan would want to jump onboard the Packers bandwagon? We are in the playoffs too.

Guys, please ignore this troll who comes and goes to dump you-know-what any time he wants. Just put him on ignore. I did this shortly after he started posting when it became clear he had issues.

Problem is, so many of you keep responding that this thread is now ruined. Put the idiot on ignore and quit playing his game. You are doing EXACTLY what he wants. I have little doubt he's done this on other forums.

Please screw your heads on and realize what's happening.

This makes me so happy. Please hire him, Jets.

Then I won't be subjected to him as a commentator anymore.
