If we wanted to trade Green this year, then from our perspective, he'd count $12m ( his salary for the current year) in outgoing salary. From the perspective of the team receiving him, he would count as $29m+ in incoming salary-the average of the remaining salary on his current deal plus his extension. That makes him him basically untradable this year since nobody has big csp space. Ditto for Senguln.
