I hate and despise this Kevin Porter and Christian Wood in Fred VanVleet and Alperen Sengun.

What a stupid comment. I guess you were trying to be funny, but please tell me what one thing Christian Wood has in common with Alpi.

This one's on Ime for overplaying our starters on a B2B. 42/40/38/38/38 minutes for the starters. 16/11/5/4/2 for the bench guys who played. That's fine if we hadn't played on the road the night before. Those last few minutes, the guys were absolutely gassed.

In New Orleans, no starter played more than 30 and the bench totaled 97 minutes (compare to 38 against Minny). Sure, the second game was closer, but we were running on fumes there at the end.

Tough loss, but we're still having a great season nealy 40% of the way through. There will be losses we should have won, and wins we should have lost. Move on to the next one at home against the Miami Butlers.

B2B against a decent opponent missing 2 of our best defenders. The way this team plays defense is going to make it hard to beat good teams on a B2B. The fact that we should've won without Tari/Dillon is crazy.

Long season. Biggest worry right now is Tari's health. We look like a WCSF team right now. No back to backs in the playoffs. I like our chances against anyone except Memphis and OKC.

It wouldn't be hard if we had a competent coach who knew how to manage rotations so the entire team wasn't exhausted when it matters most.

3rd best record in the West, by the rules of the Jalen Defense Squad all complaints/concerns/observations about the team is just a bunch of hating for no reason.

Ime has such a big crush on FVV I'm starting to wonder if his wife needs to be worried.

Why the dude always has to play the most minutes regardless of his play? Even if a lineup is clearly working Ime will plug in FVV guaranteed.

We had this collapse because Ime sat down Holiday and JG and put in FVV. FVV just bricked 3s and then let the opponent score, didnt even think to slow the game down and burn the clock.

Each starter played 40 minutes. Our backup C spot is a joke. Reed can't play unless it's a bad opponent. Stone is probably more responsible than Ime is.

W tomorrow against a bad Miami team then rest for the Mavericks game.

Stopped rebounding, likely just gassed. Low effort.

Defense got lazy, they attacked fast and at the rim pretty easy.

We shot a bunch of bricks, kinda our thing.

We had 1 timeout and and a full playclock to play with, and ime chose to let the players play instead of calling a timeout and drawing a play.

Ideally in that situation when your down, you draw up a play to shoot with about 10seconds left. If it hits you play defense, if you miss you quickly foul and try to drag it out.

Ime probably knew his guys were gassed and wanted to play for the last shot, win or lose. So again, you should call timeout and let your guys catch a breathe and figure out a good play.

This loss isnt on Ime or any specific player tbh. Its a schedule loss imo but it was poor execution late.

I guess you enjoyed the loss. I hate their 2 man basketball.

Alperen Sengun missing his 2nd Free Throws 3 times.

Fred VanVleet missing 3 - 3 point shots
Fred VanVleet fouling Anthony Edwards 2 and 1.

What is dumb about it Narcissist?

Ime Udoka not playing scorers instead of sorry role players that can't shoot. 5 players on the Floor that can't create a shot or shoot. On a Last second play. Maybe excluding Jabari Smith.

    PG Fred VanVleet
    SG Amen Thompson
    SF JaeSean Tate
    PF Jabari Smith
    C Alperen Sengun

Jalen Green and Cam Whitmore not on the Floor against Anthony Edwards and Alexander Walker.

There's always excuses for incompetence, be it Jalen's or ime's.... they just aren't valid.

Jalen Green who scored 14 points on 15 shots and Cam Whitmore who scored 4 points on 5 shots was your solution and you ask what is dumb about it? Lol

Jalen was taken out because he let guys literally blow by him and score. It was part of the lead collapse; I watched in horror. Cam Whitmore can’t defend consistently yet.

I’m not saying I liked the closing lineup, but Jalen was having defensive lapses and he shot like 33% from the field. I think it’s clear Ime doesn’t trust Cam yet so I’m not surprised. The thing I think Ime screwed up on was not recognizing guys we’re running out of gas, an over reliance on Fred who has been playing badly, and I’m not sure I understand why foul-prone Tate was in at the end.

Brainiacs attacking the +6 that lead the team last night for something that happened 2 weeks ago and then complain that somehow we are a top team in the league and get more merit to b****! It’s precious!

Those two couldn't be further apart when it comes to competency. Ime has issues just like any other coach but I'm not going to complain about our current success. We are way ahead of schedule.

The Jalen extension was a massive mistake and my concern is that Stone is going to beg Ime to give him another year as the full time SG starter.

By which metric is the offence 27th ranked?

NBA.com (https://www.nba.com/stats/teams/advanced?dir=A&sort=PACE) has us 2nd in defence and 10th in attack.

Pace wise we are 14th. So not the slowest.

Ime hates turnovers, so relies on FVV. I get it. Turnovers kill young teams, and without doubt FVV has been a huge part of these young guys learning to win. FVV also unlocks Sengun - the PnR is quite reliable, but can be hedged late in the game.

I wish one of our wings was a "go to" scorer late, because that is a far more reliable way to get a shot than a PnR with a slow PG and the C. None are yet.
