Pelicans are a bad team but Trey Murphy and Herb are good perimter defenders and Murray isn’t no slouch in that department too so it’s good to see Jalen and Cam have high efficiency and production against them. Hopefully they can start doing this against the better teams

 

Glad we poured it on, but we again had that lull in the 3rd where we just jacked up threes, got lazy with passing and didn’t get back. We got lucky our guys were hot a bit or it would’ve been a 10 point game. Good to see Cam shoot well, Tate getting playing time and Green shooting lights out with FVV by his side.

 

Even Jabari at his driest wasn't experiencing 3 ppg average cmon man. Sheppard is several tiers worse than Jabari.

The only top pick I know that is playing comparable to Sheppard RN is Anthony Benett. Bad on D and scoring 1 pt in 18 mins. I'm not saying he will be a bust or will never improve but right now that's where his level is at so don't compare him to Jabari or Green or whomever else.

 

Exactly so why are you insisting he has good mechanics? That's like you saying that's a fast car when its going 10 kmph.

He is missing all his shots he has bad shooting mechanics. This ain't rocket science.

To be fair Anthony Bennet drafted to a team on pace to win 55+ games would see zero minutes. Bennet was averaging what he was on a crap team.

 

This one feels so good because it's a team built purely through the draft. Doing this with the second youngest team in the league adjusted for usage with the youngest being the Wizards.
