Trump won the election. He will be President. Musk calling the shots behind the scenes (if true) doesn’t change the fact that Trump and his supporters feel the MAGA election overturning scheming in 2020 was vindicated.

Either you’re not being serious (probably the case) or you have misunderstood what “Anyone but Trump” means.

I take it you are a fan of the benevolent king model of governance.

It is much better that elected representatives, who at least have some measure of accountability to voters and rules that are in place, are in charge.

I don’t think Musk should be shut out. He is an important industry leader. But Republicans treating him like a de facto prime minister is troubling. It’s not how this country should work.

I don't think LOBBYISTS should have any say,and believe that is the ROOT of all of our problems.

Government for sale is not a representative government.

Musk is the problem, and those like Musk.

All I can say is we disagree on what we believe. No need to group me with far left or cults or crazies. I didn't lash out at you and make it a personal attack on your character, or make presumptions and group you into a category as you did me. I think it's perfectly fine and normal to have your own beliefs, and I have never been a steadfast die-hard to one party, no matter who the candidate is. I don't believe half the propaganda and influencer types on social media. Many just do it to seek attention, mislead others, or to stir up hate.

I vote for the candidate who I believe has the best policies, the one I believe will treat all Americans with the most respect and equality, and the one I feel I can trust the most to lead our country, follow the oath they take, and respect the laws of our country. I read their policies, from their own campaign sites, and I listen to what they have to say, but try to fact check their words to weed out the lies. That's all I can do, and it still requires me to decide who I trust more. Everyone has that right, everyone has an opinion, everyone has their own set of values, needs and beliefs, but just because I chose different than you doesn't make you better than me.

Of course, I'm not being serious.

But I wanted to help make the days brighter for those who said anyone but Trump.
It's Christmas/Chanukah/Kwanza/ we should all try to make each other smile a bit more, and this board could sure use a little levity.

Outside of the MSM, who is claiming he is de facto prime minister?

The bigger issue is there is no captain at the helm of the ship right now and there is a big power void.

Do you plan on responding on why Musk had to remove restrictions on his investments in China? Of course you won't cuz you're a coward who supports corrupt billionaires

What restrictions had to be removed? Show me the direct source with context, not your opinion.

He knows but he doesn't care. Nobody has any shame anymore and it's sad. They don't care when corruption happens in front of their eyes

Yet she certainly ain't the only one

Yet she's the only one you call out, whenever not vaguely targeting "leftist"

    Selection bias. Deplorable.

One thing that's sure to amuse Trump would be if Elon Musk started calling up world leaders and telling them he was the REAL PRESIDENT
