Keep posting to illustrate the inconsistency - it is helping you to win it would be a real shame if Donald Trump ever came across any of this type of stuff and misinterpreted it. Nonetheless - keep posting @J.R. - please keep posting that it's inconsistent for people to say Trump is getting dog walked by Putin or Musk, especially Musk - ok?
Fascinating how just an average rich guy who by no means is a genius has somehow tamed the Great Dictator. Leftist logic makes absolutely no sense.
Perhaps the shoe fits, literally. Mr. Musk may have purchased a seat at the table in the trump administration with his more than $250 million dollar campaign contribution to trump's campaign, but now he's actively interfering in German politics, promoting the most prominent far-right party of Germany, the AfD. From NBC News: Elon Musk backs Germany's far-right party ahead of election “Only the AfD can save Germany,” the tech billionaire wrote on X. Dec. 20, 2024, 12:30 PM CST By Henry Austin Elon Musk waded into Germany’s election on Friday, expressing his support for a far-right anti-immigrant and anti-Islam party that's being monitored by the country’s domestic intelligence agency. “Only the AfD can save Germany,” the tech billionaire wrote on X, referring to the Alternative for Germany party. Apparently America isn't enough political play for the South African born Musk. Now he's sticking his nose in Germany's political playground. The German government declined to comment at its regular press conference on Friday. Europe’s most populous country is expected to vote on Feb. 23. On Monday, Chancellor Olaf Scholz's center-left coalition government collapsed after he lost a confidence vote. It is only the sixth time such a vote has been called in the country of 83 million people, Europe’s largest economy. It was required because, in post-World War II Germany, the constitution does not allow the Bundestag, or parliament, to dissolve itself. ...................... Founded in April 2013 as a movement against the euro currency, the AfD has shifted its focus to combatting Islam and immigration and has grown in popularity at both local and national levels ever since, particularly in the former East Germany, which has lagged economically behind the west of the country. In September, it became the first far-right party to win the most votes in a state election since the Nazi era, when it triumphed in Thuringia. The win came despite a string of controversies linked to its leadership. The party is monitored by the country’s domestic intelligence agency for suspected extremism. Party leader Björne Höcke has twice been found guilty by a German court of purposefully employing Nazi rhetoric. He has appealed the rulings. And in May the party’s top candidate, Maximilian Krah, was forced to withdraw from campaigning after he told an Italian newspaper that the SS, the Nazis’ main paramilitary force, were “not all criminals.” One of his aides was also charged with spying for China, and another candidate faced allegations of receiving bribes from a pro-Russian news portal. https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/tech-n...rmany-election-far-right-nazi-past-rcna185018
Bjoern Hoecke is a weirdo idiot. The AfD is right about combatting unvetted migration. They have very distasteful xenophobic members in their ranks (but so do the other parties). What I don't like about AfD is that they are very pro-Putin and anti-USA. They are also not libertarian/free market, as a whole. They have people who are, but then they have the Bjoern Hoeckes who are basically socialists with a xenophobic slant. German voters are kind of ****ed. If they vote for any of the other parties, nothing will change, ever. Government will continue to expand, bureaucracy will continue to expand, there will be no changes to immigration policy, the leftist/woke nightmare will continue. But the AfD is dodgy as well. So yeah, no great choices. The FDP would have been, in theory, but they sold out to the woke leftists, joined a government with them, and betrayed every libertarian value there ever might be. Ah yes, with regards to Elon endorsing AfD, I don't agree with it, but as described above, there are no good choices for Germans. Nothing will change after the next election. Unless the AfD were to get 51 %, which will not happen. And then there would be huge uncertainty.
Trunp is going to go wherever the Almighty Dollar tells him to go. At least for now. Once Elon tries to exert influence that 100% does not align with Trump then Trump may ditch him. However, no debt ceiling aligns with what Trump wants so there is really no disagreement there. Elon just beat Trump to the punch this time.
LMAO where is the logic bro....WHY CUT IT NOW. What did it matter? Who gives a **** about 1500 pages or 10 pages? Like why cut it? Whats the reason.
They didn't get anything except for the DOGE kids cancer research funding cut - but it was already approved in a prior bill and Schumer brought it up before the Senate & passed by unanimous consent - so they didn't get that. All this accomplished was it showed that congressional Repubs can't agree on **** & hate each other (as usual ) and can also defy President Musk and VP Trump with no consequences, and that Republicans will be dependent as usual, on House Dems to save them from crisis of their own making. This is a 3 month CR, the next one will be worse and just as stupid, though maybe president Musk will be dead or bored or whatever by then and may not bother to **** it up. But it will be stupid that's for sure
Yeah, what you are describing is called an oligarchy. Congrats on discovering that, and I hope you are rich if you are celebrating it.
Ya comparing someone to Hitler just because they share some basic human traits is silly. Just because I like drinking water and Hitler likes drinking water does that mean I'm like Hitler? Because Trump uses "the other" such as migrants, brown people, homeless, urban minorities, queer people etc to scapegoat the issues facing a nation that results in targeted hatred of those groups in similar manners as Hitler doesn't mean they are exactly the same. Just like how I like dogs and Hitler likes dogs doesn't mean Hitler.
I am the richest man in the world. I can change the elections in any country by inserting my money, influence, and power into the campaigns of the far right leaders I want to win. The world is my mine for the taking.
