They should. When you break the terms of your bail it should be revoked. Just because he's an orange man and not a black man shouldn't mean he gets special treatment.

Just thinking on the ethics of the appearance of impropriety, it seems to me like disqualifying the DA is an excessive remedy. I preferred the trial judge's decision that Wade be removed but that Willis could continue. I don't know what the law and precedent might say about it. So maybe the Georgia Supreme Court upholds that decision, and that's fine. Per the article, a special prosecutor needs to be appointed to take over and that might honestly be the best outcome. I like Willis' gumption, but wonder about her wisdom. Of course, it might also be a setup to be able to appoint a prosecutor willing to play ball that will make this whole problem for Trump go away.

Nobody wants a constitutional crisis and Georgia sure as hell won't be the first state to lay its head on the railroad tracks to find out.

She might've had the best legitimate case but she didn't keep it professional to make a real dent for the elections, and the country already turned against the Dems.

 

it's interesting to speculate how things might have been different had the democrats spent the past four years working on a positive, optimistic agenda for for the country, rather than lawfare and apocalyptic visions of Trump returning from Elba.

 

They got Trump before. He's a convicted felon. He was guilty. They may get him again depending on what happens with the other cases.
