At least 5 dead, including suspect, at a Christian school shooting in Wisconsin, police say MADISON, Wis. (WMTV/Gray News) — At least five people are dead, including the shooter, following a school shooting in Madison, Wisconsin. Police said officers responded to the shooting at Madison Abundant Life Christian School at 10:57 a.m. Monday. Police said at least four victims were killed, and officers found the juvenile shooter also dead inside the school. Officials believe the shooter was a student at the school and took their own life. Officers never fired their weapons, the police chief said. Police said at least five others were injured and were taken to area hospitals with injuries ranging from minor to life-threatening. Students are currently being reunited with their parents. Police did not identify any victims yet. According to the school’s website, the school serves about 200 families. School shootings are always bad. But you know, these were Christian victims . . . and Christians have been responsible for a lot of deaths over the years. So it's understandable that some people may be angry at Christians.

Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes said that the suspected shooter was a teen who attended Abundant Life Christian School, a K-12 academy where the shooting took place. The shooter was dead, according to officials. Six other people were injured in the shooting, Barnes said. Two students were in critical condition with life-threatening injuries. At an earlier press conference on Monday, authorities said that five people were killed and five others were injured in the shooting. But police later revised the death toll, saying three people were killed and six others were injured.
