Do the Guardians have a bullpen arm with 2 years of control left and a lower level catching prospect they can trade for Jake Meyers?
The Cubs players are still tops for me. If the Astros get Gil, does that allow them to flip Framber too? They could completely reshape the entire organization by trading them both.
Not sure who would be in on Framber but yes the market seems to be shaping up to help Houston be able to serve both the present and the future by trading Framber and Tucker. Many fans would shriek but I would be fine with an opening day rotation of Brown, Gil, Blanco, Garcia, and Arrighetti if it was backed by a lineup that had 7 hitters clearly better than Pena/McCormick/Meyers/Singleton
Boston, Baltimore, and Mets are the first 3 Framber suitors that come to mind. I prefer sending him to the NL but really like what Boston has to offer. Thinking Wilyer Abreu, #6 and 95 overall SS Franklin Alexander and #9 Luus Perales or #10 David Sandlin ( both SP w/ 45 fg) from Boston. Then resign Bregman C: Diaz 1b: Paredes 2b: Altuve 3b: Bregman SS: Pena LF: Chas/Dezenzo/Whitcomb CF: Bellinger RF: Abreu DH: Alvarez Rotation: Brown, Gil, Blanco, Arrighetti, Garcia Add 2 top 100 prospects: a 3b/1b and SS who are 1-3 ( at worst) in Astros system and a SP prospect who is top 10. Edit: whelp- so much for Boston.
I don't think the Cubs want to give up all 3. They are still looking to compete in 2025. I think the Astros can get 2 without using Pressly. Presslyvwill bring back a couple of lottery tickets that slide into the 11-20 spots of the prospect list.
Huh? His family lives in New york and he's a east coast person. I met him on a flight from IAH=>EWR when I sat next to him and he told me loves the east coast. His wives family lives in New york. Where do you get this idea he loves Houston?
You probably thought i was serious about 100 million too. He has said multiple times that he loves Houston. Take your confrontation back to the DnD. It's not that serious over here.
Wasnt confrontational? I was just asking you a simple question. Obviously he's going say he loves the city he plays in but he spends his offseason in NYC... he'll be open to being traded to the east coast
