Meh. Not a great look, but the whole Biden crime saga was a big wet fart.

Dude, I gave up on the Republicans 2 decades ago. Over the years, I have routinely stated the Republicans have lost their way and have become the party of divisiveness and obstructions. Additionally, I have said on these forums well over a hundred times there is little difference between the parties, yet you and dozens of others continue to criticize my comment claims Democrats are morally and ethically superior. This has never been about the Republicans being the better party but calling out Democrats bullshit.

The Democrat establishment is dying and a new establishment is being built. And its not a fantasy Trump dictatorship. Do you even understand how r****ded you people sound when you claim the oldest president to be elected is trying to establish a dictatorship? Yes, Trump is creating a new era and a new establishment. This happens every 20-40 years. There will be really bad things about it and there will be really good things. This is the cycle of life and it will continue on. You can either be a 'progressive' and move on or go down with the rotten ship you have supported most of your life.

Making the pardon go all the way back to Jan 14 indicates not.

Good, I mean if we can elect a convicted felon as President, who has pardoned so many other felons, **** it, a President can pardon his son for basically nothing as a crime.

Any republican that b****es is full of MOCK outrage, their side is so dirty with this crap........good for Joe, he should also release the Epstein files, and Jack Smith's investigations of Trump.....

The American people have a right to know.

I think that just indicates that Biden thinks the MAGA brown shirts at the DOJ would investigate and harass for anything the Biden pardon would miss regardless if there is actual crimes there. You guys are just way too into your conspiracy theories which makes Biden's decision to nix that portion of his life from prosecution a good one if you put yourself into the minds of a MAGA nut. If Biden gave you guys a window to still pursue investigates and prosecution how dumb would you have to be to think someone like Kash Patel would just forgo that missed opportunity??

The fact that you are paying that much attention to that timeframe just proves his point that he was right to shield himself from your craven deranged obsession with Hunter Biden, and creating whatever narratives you can to whitewash Trump's historical record.

Don't care, and no one really will remember in 2 weeks anyway, Joe has been a good President, and he changed his mind - no one really cares about Hunter - dude wasn't even elected to anything.

You can't complain about Hunter without complaining about Trump's loser kids.

    Mock outrage all around.

Glad to know you don't care about Presidents lying.

I'm sure you'll take that view with Trump as well.

You are misrepresenting what I have argued, which is that there is a moral difference between Trump and other politicians (even flawed ones). I can't generalize about the moral character of political parties, only specific ideologies and the people who promote them. There are people I would consider decent and principled on the Republican side. They are, by and large, repelled by Trump and what he represents.

And that you can find hypocrites amongst Democrats is not much of a counter-argument to any of the above.

You people are unhinged. Trump was already President. How many political opponents were "investigated and harassed by MAGA brown shirts at the DOJ"?

    Oh, right, none.

"it's a conspiracy theory" - I'll just back date this pardon to Jan 1, 2014 just to make sure .

If Hunter didn't do anything illegal concerning his foreign dealings then he shouldn't have anything to worry about from an investigation and a pardon should be totally superfluous.

Paying that much attention to the time frame? It's a remarkable thing and takes very little time and effort to note.

Talk about a totally disingenuous post.

All y'all could do is get him on some gun charges and tax evasion. Yall made this big noise about all these charges but nothing ever came of it. Am I supposed to believe they were sitting on more stuff, especially since this was happening when Joe Biden was still a candidate? Nah

Then why have the pardon extend back to Jan 1, 2014 if there are no crimes that relate back that far?

Just a totally random date? Spare me.

Just because something hasn't been proven or established as of this time doesn't mean it never will be.

It could just be to save him from a partisan investigation that last years and generates no actual wrong doing. I don't think its indicative of any actual guilt for other crimes. It is a terrible look though.

Probably because Trump has stated he will weaponize the DOJ.

If yall had something, you would have used it already. You are clinging on to hope there is something more, but it was always just a stunt.

If there is "nothing there" - you don't need a pardon.

Let the Trump DOJ do whatever they want to do and if you're innocent you won't have a problem. They won't be able to bring any charges because you broke no laws.

if one were prone to cynicism one might believe that to be an implicit admission of guilt . . . .

SERIOUSLY - Trump had what 33,000 or more lies....GTFO of here with that bullshit, hypocrisy nonsense.

    GMAFB....

    Let's review.

Trump was convicted of Sexual Assault and is ordered to pay more than 400m in restitution
Trump was convicted of election interference and bribery/payoffs.
Trump was convicted of stealing from a children's charity
Trump was convicted of running a fake university
Trump was convicted 2 times of money laundering
Trump was accused of having sex with a 13 year old and was sued 2 times before bullying her into submission
Trump faces election interference charges in Georgia
Trump stole TOP secret documents from the USA
Trump incited a revolt - which should disqualify him for running under the 14th amendment

If you or any other MAGAt actually cared about the law, we wouldn't be having any discussion about Hunter Biden....you guys have made this a country of thieves and crooks, the law doesn't matter anymore....thanks a lot.

Joe Biden should fight back like for like......the GOP is ignoring the law, the President should do the same and eye for an eye...and Joe is President he has immunity right now, he should use it.
