Same with every other GM in the league, myself and you. It was 3 man draft and I was wildly disappointed we were stuck taking a non-shooter after a year of tanking. Ausar and Amen's jumpshot tapes were just horrid. This kid is special.
a redraft would be: 1. Victor 2. Amen 3. Bilal 4. Ant Black 5. Brandon scoot would go undrafted, what a bust.
In the last 4 games, he's put up 16/10 on 63/50/76 in 34 mpg. Amen is leveling up. As someone already said, he really has become the 6th starter. I think Udoka is using Amen and Tari perfectly.
I am so thankful that Rockets could only pick at 4th and got Amen if we got 2nd or 3rd pick Stone gonna draft Scoot the bust.

I hope so! If we can't find a shooting guard that can actually shoot then let's go all in on the terror twin thing. Being able to have 2 of Amen, Ausar and Brooks on the court for all 48 minutes would be fun. I want to see the real twin chemistry too.
Ausar has just come back after being out for many months with blood clots. I'm sure he's not tanking his value.
As much fun as it would be to have both twins, in all likelihood it would be a waste of assets for the Rockets, sort of a publicity stunt more than trying to find the correct fit for this team. Whomever we try to add to this team, needs to be able to shoot. If all it would take is a throw-in and a protected FRP for Ausur, I would do it as an eventual Brooks replacement as a bench SF.
I just hope when the twins are FA they won’t just bounce to whatever team has enough cap for both of them. If I was good enough to demand a max and go play with my twin I’d probably start plotting to do so
He just processes the game faster than most players. I would love for him to develop a reliable jumpshot but that would almost be unfair for the league.
I’ve definitely weighed the idea of running this lineup and trying to filter the additional shots to Jabari. I think that place that we can run and strategies that we could employ to up his shot quantity and have him be efficient.
