That little elf should not be able to freely roaming around like that after what he did to us. We should put out an APB on this creature and offer big money for his capture.
How many people died in 71 criminal acts vs 69 murders in schools? That is the biggest BUNCH OF BULLSHIT stat I have seen.....@STupidMoniker -try harder please.... DD
You can't even wish people a Happy Thanksgiving without spewing your hatred BS. What a bitter miserable human being you are.
71 murders by illegal immigrants from 2017-2021? Texas alone had over 9,136 murders in those years, which means that the threat of some illegal immigrant murdering you isn't even a speck of a tiny speck compared to non illegals.
That was 71 murders, so 71 people died vs. 69 murders in schools. Did you think there were only 71 crimes committed by illegal immigrants in a 4 years span? That's because you didn't understand it. Yes, murders by illegal immigrants is a statistical non-issue, just like school shootings.
School shootings are not a statistical non-issue though, when you think of the hundred thousand or more children traumatized by being at the school where the shootings occurred. Even the survivors, whether injured or not are traumatized. Even parents are traumatized, unless they are like you, and consider what their kids went through something not to be concerned about. We had almost a hundred school shootings from 2018-2022. It's a lot different than someone murdered on a street, or in a home without 1,500 kids in the vicinity taking cover for their lives.
It really isn't different. A shooting in the streets has the same effect on the people around on the streets. A shooting at WalMart has the same effect on the people in the WalMart. The big difference between the school shootings and the far more statistically significant thousands of other murders that happen each year, is that the media talks a lot more about the school shootings. I live in one of the most violent cities in America, which also happens to have had a school shooting. The hundred or so murders per year are a lot more impactful that the one school shooting from the 80s. The media has convinced people that schools are dangerous, but they are not. Obviously, anyone who thinks their life is in danger is going to be traumatized. The number of people actually killed is incredibly small. It is, in fact, a statistical non-issue. If you got rid of all the school shootings, it wouldn't move the needle on the murder rate.
Shootings on the streets affect people yes, of course they do. People's lives are traumatized daily in a country with more guns than people. 12 children a day die from a gun. It's horrific. But, to scoff off the significance of hundreds of thousands of children in this country being traumatized in school shootings is pretty disturbing. That being said all mass shootings bring on a completely different kind of fear, especially when it's hundreds of people or thousands in one moment hiding or running for their lives, wondering if any second they will be next. Schools of course get lots of media attention. Why wouldn't they? Does the media say schools are more dangerous than anywhere else in America mass shootings occur? Have you ever considered that anywhere 1,000 to 2,000 children are in the midst of a mass shooting it brings a whole new level of fear and empathy? When over 100,000 to 150,000 kids have lived through that terror in just a 4 year period in any modern civilized country it's hard to stomach. You call it insignificant but I think mass shootings are horrific, and when it's children it's just hard not to be affected emotionally unless you have no heart. People with a heart don't just decipher school shootings as stats on a page like a lawyer or politician defending a client they get paid highly to defend. Guns don't kill people do, right? The bigger gun the better right? See how many people this baby can shoot in 2 minutes? The NRA will do anything to push guns. It's big money, and politicians are greedy snakes taking that money to fight gun regs, keep loophole laws, lower age limits, keep those mandatory safety classes, gun practicum tests, or annual gun licensing off the agenda, and to turn a blind eye to more and more and more children dying from guns. America, where 12 kids a day die from being killed by a gun. It's sad. Freedom, right? Freedom to be able to leave a gun in your car for some criminal to steal, or kid to get his hands on. Freedom to be able to tout around an AR-15 without a lick of gun training. Freedom to buy your child an AR-15 for his 18th birthday because he wants it. It's that mentality in a country with more guns than people, and dumbasses preaching that more guns will make them even safer that is the most sickening of all. Freedom to buy a weapon when you do a lot of drugs, are an alcoholic, are dumb as hell, have no common sense, have PTSD or mentally illness, anger issues, or are a bully or hate spewing dangerous person ready to go off, because you've never been arrested yet, or officially diagnosed as mentally ill or committed yet, and somehow slipped through those loophole laws cracks that allow you to purchase your weapon of desire.
sorry I misunderstood You said "she should have been arrested instead of getting shot". Agreed. Not sure about murder since I don't know the intent, but I don't see how it was justified to shoot her dead.
LOL - you are doing this wrong - goodbye, enjoy being ignored, I am sure you are used to that, and you constantly miss the point, on purpose to avoid dealing with your own hypocrisy.....so....buh bye.... DD
Nobody cares about you it's a message board that you attempt to be important on. You're not . Nobody here is. Grow up
If capital security had the capacity to arrest Babbit and everyone tresspassing inside the building, it would make sense that they would have instead of barricading doors.
Great, then you and Shart, stop chasing me around on here like a lost puppy seeking my attention, neither of you comment on topics, you just b**** about me. What kind of loser does that? You are so bothered by my opinions that you chase my posts around just to take personal shots - mentally weak, thy name is you and others like you. DD
You sound upset. Problem is that you like to toss your ridiculous opinions all over the board. Nobody follows you around. You're just so arrogant that you believe that.
