Like I said, I hope he does what he did to twitter to the bureaucracy. He gets to make the call because the man who was elected put him in charge. You know kinda like Mayorkis got to open the border because the people elected Biden. Shoes on the other foot now and the worm is about to turn. The COVID way of living is ending if you're a federal government employee. But to answer your question , we're about to find out.
I’m gonna take credit for telling all the woke geezers here who have zenith TVs That Elon was gonna take over and that OLED TVs are superior Now they got EDS Elon Derangement Syndrome @Salvy @Os Trigonum
Looking it up, it appears that a developer used predatory practices and made fraudulent loans of which many were defaulted. The victims were the many Latino immigrants who targeted. Why did an influx of illegal immigrants cause the housing crisis? There aren't 20 million.
Actually he didn't make fraudulent loans. He had a really good business idea that's a detriment to society. There's probably more than 20 million illegals in this country, not less. That helps create a housing shortage and drives up the cost to buy a house for the middle class. Because those illegals gotta live somewhere.
I don't know if illegals live in the same neighborhoods as the middle class. I'd think they live Spanish speaking areas or large urban apartment buildings to not make themselves so obvious. Them buying a house while living illegally also means they go all in on cash since they can't secure a loan or a savings account at a local bank. I guess houses get cheaper due to the weakened economy as labor costs rise and business owners try to find workers with wages that match price expectations of customers. It's never smooth sailing changing the existing system. Houses can get cheaper but it doesn't mean more people can afford it.
Ask yourself if 5 years ago before the change in border policies if more people were able to afford to buy houses than now.
