How does one cut waste of a massive entity that does things as wide ranging as managing arable land to control long term sustainability of agriculture to making sure poorer school districts have supplemental funding to have special needs services when they have little experience on how society works like Elon? What allows him to understand what needs to be cut? What allows any one human to have this wide range of expertise to understand what needs to be cut in a entity that has such a wide range of responsibilities... Responsibilities that have a lot of technical nuance that Elon has no clue about? Like what does Elon understand about land management for example to understand what can be cut and still operate its duties?
