If your definition of mental illness includes gender dysmorphia and any mental illness - how do you keep your daughter away from those with depression, bipolar disorder...etc etc etc? Maybe you wouldn't be so biased and closed-minded if you didn't assume things about people you don't know. How are transgender continuing to use bathrooms the same way as always forcing it down your throat? You just didn't know or didn't care before. The issue being pushed is by the far right - pushing it to control and manipulate people like you who didn't care before but now all of a sudden do. Self-awareness buddy - give it a try.
This is so weird. So your plan is to actively avoid transgendered people - even though you do not know any of them. What is it that you expect will happen if you are around a transgendered person? You do realize that you HAVE been around and have interacted with transgendered people and did not even know it. Just the rule of numbers dictates that unless you live in a **** hole like Vidor or Victoria - that you have been around people that you assumed were women and you likely even found some of them attractive... but they were actually transgendered people.... nothing happened to you either. I get the argument that there should be allowances in women's sports and I also get that some people are not used to confronting gender identity issues and are uncomfortable with it ---- but this repulsion to avoid someone that is transgendered is very bizarre to me and to be honest I find it to be a weakness. Then again - I have had a lot of Republican friends that did not know the difference between drag queen performers, trans gendered people and homosexuals. As some seem to assume that all drag queens are transgendered --- or gay -- or want to be women. Just a lot of ignorance all the way around.
If anything - men are more likely to physically or sexually abuse children and women.... so using that logic, I guess we should just keep all women and children away from men. It is just a ignorant statement or inference that drag queens or gay people or transpeople are deviants coming to molest and hurt children. Are there transexuals that are predators? Yes there is --- but we have a President, his former AG nominee and another cabinet nominee that all have a history of being sexual predators towards women or minors. Talk of sexual predation on women is a hot topic for men whenever it is from "other" - but when it comes from husbands, boyfriends, dates and bosses and co-workers it is minimized and claims are made that the woman asked for it, is a w****, or that she is lying or over blowing it. These men either are not sincere or do not live in reality. To be clear - not all men fail to realize that the biggest threat to a woman or child is a man --- but these same men that talk about keeping women and children from transgendered males are in the demographic that is the biggest threat to women and children.

I can't necessarily keep her away from people with depression or being bipolar. I don't view someone who dresses up as a woman the same as being depressed. Bipolar is obviously much more difficult to see or tell. It's certainly dangerous. I'm not assuming anything. I don't agree with the lifestyle and I don't have interest in the transgender lifestyle. I disagree here. The left is the people pushing the issue. Harris made it a part of her campaign and it turned people away. People don't agree with it. It's not normal
I don't actively avoid them. I simply don't hang out or put myself in any situation where I'd encounter one. If I have so be it but I still don't have to agree with the lifestyle. If it was eating a meal or at a store that's fine. It doesn't effect me. I just don't want them taking advantage of women I don't think it's a weakness not to want to be around transgender people. A lot of people just simply don't agree with it. I don't have any problem with people being gay or being around them Well that's cool. I'm not trying to ask anyone else how to live nor am I asking anyone take away their rights. I simply don't agree with it.
Harris didn't make it part of her campaign. She avoided it all together, didn't have anyone transgender speak at the convention or her rallies, and pissed of the community. So how you say she is pushing it is just remarkable given that she went out of her way to avoid pushing it. Just goes to show that you are creating a false reality in your head. Go look on twitter - it's all being pushed by the right. And your daughter is as safe around someone who is just transgender as anyone else. Probably more safe as your guard is less up around other people who may actually try to groom her.
She had commercials saying it. Obviously we know what happened under Biden. I'm not interested in looking on Twitter. Not for me. Well that's for me to decide and I don't agree. Nobody is grooming my daughter.
She did not run pro-transgender commercials. Dude - really? To capture the transgender vote and alienate the voters she needs to win? Seriously. If you think trensgender people are the greatest threat to your daughter, I'm sorry for you.
