In March, he urged his supporters to buy the “God Bless the USA Bible,” which is inspired by country singer Lee Greenwood’s patriotic ballad. “Happy Holy Week! Let’s Make America Pray Again,” he wrote on Truth Social at the time. “As we lead into Good Friday and Easter, I encourage you to get a copy of the God Bless the USA Bible.” Trump directed supporters to a website selling the book for $59.99.
If I move to Oklahoma, I can proudly display this next to the state-supplied Trump bibles my kids will get in school. It will look amazing next to my proud collection of Camel-branded ashtrays that I earned.
Nah, not Gibson, at least not in total. Maybe a few spare parts. Gibson would have really hurt the effort's profit margin. "All of the guitars featured on GetTrumpGuitars.com were custom designed and developed by a Veteran owned company with the help of a master luthier ... These guitars have been manufactured by multiple providers and include parts/features that are both domestic and international. This is standard with most guitar manufacturers.”
Gibson Electric Guitars If it was actually a Les Paul, I think that they would state it in their advertising. In regards to them suggesting - creating the idea that this was the type - model of guitar that Hendrix used at Woodstock. The Hendrix guitar shows up at about 2:45 minutes in the video.
its just a single cut guitar, lots of "les paul" look a likes. Like PRS, ESP, LTD Its a bolt on though (two pieces bolted together), gibson Les Pauls are single pieces.
The former and soon-to-be President of the United States…mere weeks after winning the election but not yet sworn in…is spending his time hawking piece of **** guitars. Words escape me.
I have no problem admitting that you know more about guitars than I do and if you want to Ding me for that, go ahead. Do you have any idea why they used what appears to be an image of Hendrix at Woodstock when he used a guitar that wasn't close to what they are selling?
my bad that's not what I was trying to do, I'm not a fan of gibson suing everyone for single cuts (hence the emphasis on it) pic was from me--posted it above the article to make it clearer but may be confusing. I think they are only selling single cut guitars
Okay I read some more about US guitar makers suing over copies and that goes back to at least the 70's. From earlier in this thread... "All of the guitars featured on GetTrumpGuitars.com were custom designed and developed by a Veteran owned company with the help of a master luthier ... These guitars have been manufactured by multiple providers and include parts/features that are both domestic and international. This is standard with most guitar manufacturers.” If the guitars are/were going to be assembled in the US mainly from domestic (US) parts, then I would expect them to Blow/Toot Their Horn over that. Since they don't come close to saying that, then perhaps a tilt to foreign content and/or assembly rather than a tilt to US content and/or assembly. I understand the desire to maximize profits by minimizing production costs, but I do wish that they would step up and give more details on the background of these guitars rather than just a bunch of Vapor like this. "All of the guitars featured on GetTrumpGuitars.com were custom designed and developed by a Veteran owned company with the help of a master luthier ... These guitars have been manufactured by multiple providers and include parts/features that are both domestic and international. This is standard with most guitar manufacturers.” Since there are reports that his Bibles came from China, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a connection to China with these guitars.
I took off my T-Shirt to see if it had any details about its background on the tag. Assembled in Dominican Republic of U.S.A. Components If that type of information can be put on the small tag of a T-shirt, then comparable information could be disclosed about the Trump guitars.
100%, theres not way these are made here (completely). U.S made guitars are the highest tier and they don't feature bolt on les paul types. These are probably dirt cheap and they are enjoying ridiculous profit margins on a poor design/playability
check out the specs. the pick-ups are called "maga 45 trumpbuckers". how f***ing stupid can you get. and of course they dont list where theyre made, but its most likely china. has trump ever made any of his crap here? shoes, ties, bibles, guitars...all made in china. f***ing hypocrites. the electric is $1,500 and acoustic is $1,200. for a chinese-made knockoff that would otherwise be like $300. you would have to be a complete moron to buy one of these. gibson has never been shy about taking legal action against guitar manufacturers who steal their designs. they will probably sue. i have a late 70's electra hollowbody jazz guitar and its the best playing guitar i own. they also made excellent les paul copies. electra was a japanese company that made really high-end gibson knock-offs, but for half the price and they got sued out of existence.
that didnt take long...gibson dont f around... https://www.guitarworld.com/gear/electric-guitars/trump-guitars Trump Guitars hit with cease and desist from Gibson over use of Les Paul body shape Breaking: The patriotic line was launched as “the only guitar officially endorsed by President Donald J.
