They really are a pathetic organization. Either down right bad or frauds the entire life time of the organization. The only times they've looked good they've been horribly exposed by actually good teams. Like against the Pats in the Schaub era or against the Chiefs in the Watson era. We thought we might finally be actually good with Stroud but that's looking more and more like another fraud alert.

I agree. We'll be lucky to win 1 playoff game honestly. Between the Chargers, Steelers, Ravens, even the Broncos. We can definitely lose

They aren't gonna fire DeMeco, nor should they, after one disappointing season. However the coaching staff needs a major overhaul with new voices, particularly on the offensive side. Stroud is worse, the line is worse, playcalling is just as bad, and there are perpetual stupid mistakes. You can only do so much in terms of on field personnel changes. This has been a .500 team pretty much all season, they just happened to win some toss up games early in the year to inflate their actual record.

That need has been there for about 6 weeks. I think the team has mentally quit because of Slowik, if I'm honest.
