Well - she doesn’t **** minors in front of a crowd of people or pay prostitutes for sex - so that is an improvement. She has been in some trouble in the past, but nothing that should prevent her nomination from going through.
Yes - you don’t have to like her, she is very closely aligned with Trump and is against gay marriage etc… but she isn’t a criminal. She doesn’t dine with sex traffickers or rape high schoolers. She should be approved - she is qualified for the position.
Greene and some MAGA supporters don’t want a Congress or Senate or any checks and balances. Seems absurd - twenty years ago you wouldn’t find a Republican or Democrat in office to say what Greene says.
If it makes you feel any better - I read a Rolling Stone article about her years ago and she used to be a fitness instructor - her coworkers said she was decent to work with but that she was ****ing half the staff and clients. They didn’t say it in a nasty way - just that she loved strange dick…. Some people want a nice cognac on a Friday after a long week, some people like to troll for rod at the gym.
She's pretty horrible, but infinitely better than Matt Gaetz, and actually has plenty of relevant experience.
Yeah she only took a bribe from Trump to drop an investigation into Trump University defrauding people, and stole the dog of some Hurricane Katrina victims and refused to return it for like a year. She's not much better, but hey, Trump witl get a loyalist to do his bidding.
Trump is gaslighting everyone. He chose Gaetz knowing all the baggage and he would not make it through confirmation. Just so he could nominate Bondi, so sane people would say "Well she isn't as bad as Gaetz." Who am I kidding? He isn't that smart.

I mean, he wants to install someone as AG who will accept that the rule of law doesn’t apply to him. There’s nothing more to read into it than that, and it isn’t the least bit surprising.
