The raid was solely motivated by Habeck personally deciding to go after this citizen - as he did with 800 (!) people, using taxpayer money, who supposedly "insulted" him. I read the actual document that justified the raid. It only refers to the "insult" against Habeck.

Only after he got backlash, they pulled up some old tweet by the same guy, which was not antisemitic at all. In fact, Habeck referred to that, further inflicting more damage on this citizen by falsely defaming him.

Habeck is a disgusting human being. He and his wife wrote "children's books" about doomsday scenarios for the world. These people are in a cult.

 

It's very telling that @Xopher desperately defends leftist government overreach and free speech restrictions.

 

No he didn't. They made that up after the fact. Dude, I saw the original tweets and documents justifying the raid, in German.

Important to note that Deutsche Welle is government-owned.



The so-called "antisemitic tweet" by the citizen was a response to leftists in Hamburg demanding a boycott of a milk company called "Mueller Milch", whose owner is "accused" of being conservative. In response to this, the citizen tweeted that in the Nazi era, national socialists were demanding to boycott Jews, just like the socialists were now demanding to boycott "Mueller Milch". He illustrated his sarcastic post with a photo of people back then demanding to boycott Jews. He mockingly called those who demand boycotts "true democrats".

Nothing whatsoever about the guy's tweet was antisemitic or pro Nazi or anything like that, in fact it was the opposite. He was making a point against political boycotts, which people may or may not agree with.

And, again, this tweet was not the basis of the raid in any way, shape or form - it was used by Habeck and the totalitarian lawyers who supported the raid at 6:15 am after the fact to try and defame the innocent citizen and to let him appear in a bad light and to somehow justify the totalitarian raid.

This guy is clearly not extremely educated and he has surely had a tough life. He is literally "working class", if one wants to use this term. Some elitist politician like Habeck looks down on people like that, and doesn't hesitate a second to make this simple man's life hell.

800!!!!! criminal complaints for "insults" by Habeck, leading to raids and fines. There are other known cases where a single mother has to pay 900 Euro she cannot afford, in installments, because she supposedly "misquoted" Habeck. This is not because he actually feels insulted. It is meant to intimidate and to stifle dissent.

Habeck is a totalitarian socialist, worse than any politician in the US.
