I stand slightly corrected. The CA law was already struck down, and the NYC likely will be as well if not already.
Germany really has the dumbest government in the world. Painful for me as a German. They do everything the wokes in the US do, but go even more overboard with it.
If you work with a individual and they ask you to refer to you by a certain name, do you intentionally multiple times purposefully misstate it in a manner to cause confrontation? If you worked with a trans person (God forbid for that trans person's safety), will you intentionally misgender them to prove a political point or would you just back down because confrontation is usually avoided by most humans when they aren't behind a keyboard? Like would you start something out in a school or work setting with a trans person in real life?
Okay so mostly about trans/gay stuff for you then? When I read preserving innocence my mind goes to sex ed in school, that’s been a hot topic for a long time, among other things like violent/sexual media content.
All of this is bullshit. You have said this before and every time I have pointed out a post of yours, which has nothing to do with the above stated reasons, you laugh it off or ignore it.
Easter actually fell on Trans Day of visibility. It has always been March 31. Easter varies. So Easter fell on it, not the other way around.
Okay, and? It isn't a FERPA violation and is explicity allowed under FERPA. Pound sand, guy... Other regulations under this Act, effective starting January 3, 2012, allow for greater disclosures of personal and directory student identifying information and regulate disclosure of student IDs and e-mail addresses. For example, schools may provide external companies with a student's personally identifiable information without the student's consent.
My best friends daughter is trans. They were not happy to find out - it's hard on families. No one wants their kids to be transgender knowing the pain associated with it. Before politicizing these things, I think it's important to know that there are real people that are truly mismatched with their gender. If you think about it, it makes sense from an evolutionary standpoint. Nature is designed to throw curveballs as that's the nature of evolution.
This is a strange take. Why would someone confront a Trans person? Most people certainly don't work with trans people either. Why would anyone create a physical conflict at work, school ect...with anyone? Most confrontation is avoided by people because they are adults and don't seek it out. I certainly am never in a situation where I would have a physical confrontation
