Maybe, but If he made slight jumps in all three areas he’d be a HOF SG. That’s why he is so annoying to watch.
Shaq will not be taking what the defense gives him. He's going to bully you inside. Even if you're Hakeem Olajuwon or Bill Russell, he's going to mostly bully you inside. You're being silly about this. You can't see what we can do just because our SG can't be efficient on NINE 3pa per game? The guy who went to the line 6 times a game as a 19 year old? No idea how watching the rockets the last threes years you think he can get it the rim at will. He's always getting walled and forced into pull up two pointers. Or getting blocked at the rim. Most of the time he gets to the rim it's off a pick or a cut. He doesn't have the strength or savy to get to the rim cuz he only has one speed and he gets bumped off his spot.

Lavine took years to become good and is still inconsistent. Zach would be a great 6th man so if that's how we used Jalen yes I would be happy if would become Lavine. After checking Zach's stats he was a better 3 point shooter than Jalen to this point in his career but his breakout year came in his 5th year and he didnt become an allstar til year 6. Maybe thats who he will be.

It is what happens when you are subbed with the much improved Tari Eason and amen Thompson. On/off stats are junk in terms of measuring actual impact. I told this many times to the jof who spammed us with this stat almost every time Jalen’s name is mentioned. If Jalen was playing better this season he would still have about 0 on/off rating despite having great contribution because tari/ Amen are so good. It just measures how replaceable you are on the team, the actual impact is measured by your individual stats and team ratings when you are playing.
Oh so that explains when Sengun was benched vs Warriors and Tari/Amen led us back. That street goes both ways......SOF'er

While I agree with the premise, let's not bring Amen down to Jalen's level lol... Amen is a legit defensive menace and would make life difficult for most NBA players
