Tari on that off/def rating table: "I don't need a system. I am the system."

Same here and agree. From the start of his rookie summer league until now, Jabari just hasn't translated to the NBA the way some of us thought he would. Probably never will. That said, I'm still OK with him starting as long as Tari and Amen get 25+ mpg.

Rockets need either Cam or Reed to become the designated outside marksman to fill that final non-C rotation slot.

We're a sixth seed in the West, tied for 8-10th best record in the NBA and on pace for about 50 wins.

People keep forgetting this was a day game which hurts all teams offensively, we're doing great overall. Yes Ime has been excellent as well.

    Start Smith until he’s traded.

Also, Dillon Brooks haters go home.

Ime is trying best to lose the game.
    His stupid rotation is annoying.

Wow, yea that's quite a difference on the arc has anyone asked him recently about this?

I feel like on his midrange he still gets decent arch , but the 3s are super flat for some reason. Weird

We won the game, we can agree to disagree. We're on pace for the sixth seed having missed the playoffs last year and tanking three years before. Had fun watching Jalen's poster dunk and getting the dub

Still learning to play on the road and at the end of games. Got the win and hopefully learned something. Tari is a beast!

Season just started and there is long way to go my friend. I will be happy enough if we end up in top 10 for west and over the moon if we finish top 10 in the league.

No, I recall a high arc on his shot. He was just so silky smooth. Like I said, so far, college Smith is not pro Smith. I have played, even coached some, and watched basketball my whole life. I am baffled.

There are 3 teams in the East with a .500 record or better, and with their loss tonight, they are now in 10th place. To say they are 6th in the East really does not mean anything significant. In the West, it is a different story, as there are 11 teams over .500.

I'm pretty pessimistic dispite the win. Our rosters have too many streaky shooters. When they are on, they are amazing. When they are off, they are colder than freezers. We don't have someone in the rotations that can consistenly knock down open shots. Teams know one player is off, they send double team to other players or pack the paint. We have 20ish 3-point percentage or lower games a few times this season already. We are lucky we have a relatively easy schedule to start the season, but we won't make the playoff or playin if we continue our shooting like this.

I did not follow him in college. If he was not the third pick in the draft, would he get any playing time? You're right—the person you described in college has been MIA his entire NBA career. Put his face on a milk carton because he is missing.

We really haven’t had that easy of a schedule. Half the teams we played are solid playoff teams (Memphis, Mavs, Warriors, Knicks, Thunder). We beat three of them and almost beat the Warriors. The next stretch of games is much easier, which will give us a chance to figure it out. Not sure how anyone can be that pessimistic.

I’m all for getting excited about winning, but if you watch the games closely, we don’t have the shooting. It’s going to be very hard to win 45 games in the west this year and without improved shooting we aren’t gonna make the playoffs. The pieces on this team don’t fit. I’ve been pretty disappointed in the offense but I do like the effort, defense, and physicality. That will get you some wins, but in todays NBA you need the shooting too.
