Exactly! Since Tennessee will probably get clobbered at UGA next week, there will be 6 or 7 two-loss teams behind the winner of UT/A&M.
I hope they don't get banged up and bloodied at Columbus next week. Ohio State will want to make a statement to everyone. Right now, the B1G has 4 of the top 5 ranked teams. Good times!

I don't consider Michigan to be a disappointment. Didn't expect much from them because several coaches left with Harbaugh and many players transferred.
I guess Utah isn't really a disappointment either, given that Cam Rising has been hurt annually for the past 5 seasons.
It all pales in comparison to Florida State. For all of the b****ing they did last year about getting left out of the playoff, nobody expected this. The entire state of Florida, aside from Miami, is woefully underperforming considering the level of talent in that state
It all started when ~25 FSU players sat out the Orange Bowl which helped UGA beat the snot out of them 63-3. That was a preview of things to come. FSU struck gold in the transfer portal and had a magical season, but there was no foundation to build on.
I don't like BOB any more than anyone else here, but props to him and especially BC's QB for a spirited and clutch performance against SMU (until their final drive where the wheels fell off). In my book, SMU deserved to lose just because of those strange uniforms. EDIT: It's now official Brian Kelly and LSU mix like oil and water.
