You must not live in Texas, A border town that's 97% Latino voted for GOP candidates for the 1st time in 100 years.

The GOP/Trump have the power to fundamentally change America, let's hope this happens. Mainly securing the borders/stop the wars, mandatory voter ID's/ fundamentally changing the education system that's been failing kids in this country for the last qtr of a century.

Well, I guess I can respect you in the Astros and Texans forum. That's pretty much it.

He said he was going to release the JFK/Epstein files. It's one of the reasons RFK Jr. decided to join the Trump campaign. So far Trump has done a pretty good job of doing what he says he's going to do.

What's changed from what you stated in your post? Well h was falsely charged/arrested/convicted by the Deep State. I mean they raided his house/put out false evidence from the raid/ even went so far as to rifle through his wife's panty drawer. I would say all bets are off at this point.

I'm not looking for anybodies respect. People can think what they want of me and it doesn't bother me one bit. I'm comfortable in my shoes.

Maybe you should pray on this.

Just talking about the opinion polls, nothing about how people voted. I'm saying they voted for the GOP for one reason, not the other. They didn't vote for the GOP to have Grandma deported, they voted hoping the GOP will fix the economy, which they never do, but that was their number one issue. Immigration was down the list and again something like near 70% believe there should be a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants, which means they are very likely not going to enjoy being harassed by overzealous immigration officers

There's going to be a lot more drilling under the Trump admin.

Simple the cost of fuel affects inflation. Everything from buying groceries to spraying for bugs in your house. If it costs more to get the food/services to the citizens, it's going to cost the consumer more to purchese said products. This is really simple stuff, I'm sure you understand basic supply and demand in a capitalistic nation. This doesn't even tale into account things like heating fuel increases. The world will be safer when we're the leader of the world when it comes to exporting energy. Congress wouldn't do what Trump wanted them to do during Covid, which was buy up all of the oil they could by when oil cost nothing.

That's not what the polls I saw said

Immigration was issue #1 followed by issue #2, the economy.

    Not. By. Latinos.
You are talking about overall polls, I'm talking about specific latino polling.

So again, if you think they are going to be happy about immigrant deportation camps the GOP are going to lose that vote as quickly as they gained it.

Yep, Musk buying twitter stopped a lot of the govts ability to censor free speech. Like they did during Covid and the 2020 electio, Hunter Biden laptop as an example. None of that stuff went on in this election.

His tax plan no longer allowed me to claim expenses related to teaching on my income tax at the federal level.

All these middle aged dudes on this message board spamming tweets from "end wokeness" and spending hours here doing it need to find some mid life identity and purpose in life. Like spend some time off twitter, develop a personality and come back.

There actually has to be camps if you plan on deporting 10-20 millions of people in a short period of time, you just can't randomly drop them off in latin america.

As for there should be camps. Yeah...there hasn't been a single time in history, not a single time, where government ran camps have worked out. It's always a complete disaster and humanitarian crises. Now will be no different.

If only they were talking nonstop about the secret cabal of landlords that "collude" to raise rents by using an App that compares local rental prices, or how fascist libertarians are, or how someone waxes poetic about something instead. The kind of genuine interactions normal people have. I agree, go touch grass, and read theory Marx damn it!!!

Like I said, if it takes camps to deport them then so be it.

They shouldn't be here anyways. They're ILLEGALS.

Conspiracy theories require backroom secret meetings. It requires mass cooperation of thousands of people with competing interests.

Whatever societal issues I point out whether analyzed correctly, they don't involve people with competing interests naturally aligning and having secret meetings.

I mean I'm literally referring to the "invisible hand". This is what the market does. A survival of the fittest society where those with means have more ability to increase their means to eventual create a level of wealth that is too influential in organizing society because with that wealth that comes power to influence disproportionately.

    Interests naturally align.

The only things you need for a cartel to work are a way for firms to communicate with each other and a natural aligned shared interest in inflated prices of whatever commodity, products or services they are selling. There are many reasons why free markets are not competitive.

Landlords have a way of naturally communicating with price algorithms using a national database which was deemed a form of a cartel when the airline industry did it according to precedent. And landlords have a natural shared interest in increasing the price of their rent.

So no conspiracies of backroom secret meetings. Just naturally aligned interests and some software developers helping find new ways for corporations to communicate without officially "communicating". Though the DOJ considers if a form of communication to use price algorithms of an entire industry.

Right on brother. Next we can actually make use of them with labor as prisoners. Deflation is Trump's priority. Having a slave labor migrant class can help with that.
