Apparently nuts do, too, because you're NUTS if you like that! Actually, I have no idea - it may taste good. Elvis used to make a burger that had peanut butter and bananas on it. I don't know if that's a good indication of taste or not, though. I think Elvis was eating anything not bolted down by the time he died. Didn't he die on the toilet with a sammich? Or is that urban/rural legend? Sorry, I digress ... I used to like eating pb&j chicken wings at a place near me back in the day. I wasn't scared to admit it.
Never heard about the sandwich, but he did die in the bathroom. I read somewhere that an inordinate number of people die in the bathroom because one of the first things they think do when they start to feel bad is go sit on the toilet.
James Coney Island and Whataburger still slap FIGHT ME Also, SNL is funny you’re just old. EDIT: I forgot @ima_drummer2k made the same SNL comment recently which means I too am old
Not every drug addict needs to stop being a drug addict - there are high functioning and successful drug addicts that control their addiction and don’t let it interfere with their personal or professional life. Some are happier and better people on drugs. I am friends with a heroin addict that has taken it weekly for 35 years. His wife and son have no idea. He is a health nut - is very kind to his friends and his spouse and son feel lucky to have him. He just has a private side that only a couple people know about - he isn’t violent, he doesn’t spend tons of money on his addiction and he has never taken it at home or stored it at home or even his vehicle.
I’m telling you, there is something about the mellow sweetness of a banana that pairs well with the meatiness of a burger. You don’t have to eat the banana on the burger. Just a side banana to cleanse the palate between bites. Nom nom nom
That's an extremely rare case. Heroin is pretty serious - but I actually agree with the point overall. Illicit drugs, idk that I can really get behind legalizing all that but coca plants, cannabis, peyote, shrooms, opium, etc. Why is this all illegal? This is merely medicine. I mean sure, Bill from the Hill mixing some **** up in a bathtub with gasoline and lord knows what else, that should probably stay illegal.
You can snort the hydrochloride salt (white or #4) that junkies like to inject, or smoke the base (black tar, brown, or #3). The base is apparently not very soluble in water, so more difficult to inject, but that won't stop a junkie. Not trying to give anybody ideas, but injecting is more scary and lurid, so that's usually how depicted in media. My understanding is the hydrochloride salt is a much more difficult synthesis, so HCl usually comes out of East Asia, and Mexican cartels usually produce the base. Bang-for-buck injecting is the best "value" in that more of the drug ends up in your brain, but people usually don't start by injecting and there are tons of hardcore junkies in places like Southern California where the product is all from Mexican cartels, who only smoke. Probably more than you cared to know.
Is it? I haven't been there in 20ish years. It used to be excellent "next day after night out" food. I'm aware that the number and quality of options have increased exponentially since then.
No idea who you're talking about, but that would be a popular one. Sir Jackie Chiles (best of the 3) and Det the Threat approve
A gay Muslim man will be President of the US before a woman. Too much subconscious bias among the bros and the incel-adjacent.
He basically had a heart attack from trying to take a dump because he's taken so many opioids that he was constipated beyond normal human constipation. I don't think there was a sammich involved, but apparently the amount of compacted poop backed up in his bowels was epically voluminous. I read a little while back that he started to take the opioids because very early on in the 50s he latched onto some cooky fad diet where every time you get hungry you go to sleep to avoid eating, and one of the sure-fire ways he could ensure he was always sleepy was a big handful of Vicodins, but I'm not 100% on the source. But if true it kind of all came full circle.
