6'10 stretch 4 who shoots 30% from 3. 2024 Brian Cook. Jabari is the luckiest player in the league. He got drafted 3rd instead of 1st so automatically he can't be considered amongst the biggest busts ever. He got drafted to a market the average fan doesn't care about so his shortcomings are unnoticed. Imagine he was playing like this in New York City lmao. Buddy wouldn't be able to walk outside.
Hey, don't shoot the messenger, the quality goes with the quality of said player. A tit for tat. You are good people, making good threads out of mediocre players.
Last year it was JG who disappointed me so much...this year it's Jabari's turn...anything in commom? Both at thier 3rd year...it's frustrating to watch
Except Jalen was disappointing because the talent was there and he was either doing too much and was inconsistent. At least you could tell yourself that he can eventually get it together. Jabari is disappointing because he just sucks. There’s no glimmer of hope. Like there’s no avenue for Jabari to be a good player with how limited he is athletically and evidently can’t shoot.
I’ll forever forbid myself to fall for this type of fake archetype. If his “fail-safe” skill fails to pan out, he’s at most an average Joe. Also Dogs without skills are useless dogs imho.
He used to hit game winners and buzzer beaters his first and second year. What happened to his Offense....
we introduce FVV and DB - JG and Alpi developed making Bari the 5th option Now he never in a rhythm - mostly gets shots off grabbing offensive boards …. His finishing around the basket has regressed as well as his 3pt shooting He avgs 8 attempts a game - that’s 2 shots a qtr - 4/5 of those 8 attempts are 3s It is what it is because Ime hasn’t set a power structure - it should be JG/Alpi Bari FVV DB as options
