The Texans are punting on this game. They want to win, but they're not expecting to so they're not willing to risk the health of Nico and WAJ. I get it, and I'm not even saying that's the wrong move. But it doesn't exactly make me interested in watching the game.
Watching the bengals vs ravens, those two teams have real NFL offenses. They have players getting open, they utilize check downs and quick passes on 1st or 2nd down. How come we never do that? Our offense fell off a cliff and I blame Slowik
Was listening to the General on 610 last night, and he made a point, the Texans could be where the Lions are NEXT YEAR, and for once I would agree with him...........I think we need another draft and some high quality FA`s to shore up some decencies......I also think the Texans FO sees this game for what it is, a loss, we need to get to 9 wins to win the division and then its a crap shoot to maybe win one..................I aint mad about it but that's the reality
Perhaps Texans were using Nico Collins status as a smokescreen to get the Lions to prepare thinking that he won't be available?
Good teams don’t fall for “smokescreens”. I’m sure Dan Campbell was already preparing for Nico to play. No surprise there.
