In 2020 in that area you saw "Republicans for Biden" and "Country Over Party" signs everywhere with no Trump visibility (or hardly any). Not now. Trump 2024 is everywhere in that area all throughout Coastal and South Orange County. It is probably going Red this year, along with Riverside County and perhaps even San Diego County but wouldn't bet on that last one. Had no idea I said Trump was going to win California. He'll do a lot better there than you expect though

The Nevada Rs went hard on early voting. Thus, it is no surprised that the Rs banked a good portion of their vote early and a light Election Day turnout.

Huntington Beach is part of Orange County - it has more registered Republicans than Democrats. Almost all of its local politicians are Republicans. Trump has been popular there for years, they have had local rallies there for close to a decade. Not everyone there is Republican, but they are very outspoken. I would not be surprised if Trump were to win Huntington Beach and even Orange County - but it will have zero impact,

And how has the early voting looked in OC now compared to then? At the very least, House seats will flip to R and the county will be very tight. There is far more visible support out here than in 2020.
