    Many in the current generation were caught off guard. I believe more are now aware of this danger. Hopefully, the upcoming generations won’t be as easily duped. I teach my kids to be very mindful of the content they encounter online—be it searches, YouTube, etc. (and how social media alg are designed to keep their attention by pushing more extreme contents to keep them engage) They shouldn’t just accept or trust it by default.
