Trump's gonna give himself a stroke. I left out some of the cussing, and him pretending to have oral sex with the mic, but picture this...

The crowd at Fiserv Forum, the same venue that hosted July’s GOP convention, chanted at times “fix the mic,” while Trump pulled the microphone out of its holder and held it by hand.

“I think this mic stinks, by the way. And then we don’t pay the contractor. I say don’t pay the contractor, then they write a story, ‘Trump doesn’t pay his bills, he’s a bad guy,'” Trump said.

“Do you want to see me knock the hell out of people backstage?” Trump added later, calling it a “pretty stupid situation.”

“I get so angry. I’m up here seething. I’m seething. I’m working my ass off with this stupid mic. I’m blowing out my left arm, now I’m going to blow out my right arm, and I’m blowing out my damn throat too, because these stupid people. I’ll make you a deal. Pretend you’re listening to it perfectly and I’ll come back and do another one, OK?” he added, slamming the microphone against the podium.

Trump only hires the best people who do not mind when the check bounces or gets lost in the mail.

Trump only has himself to blame, if only he knew how ... until then, this is Joe Biden's fault and what Biden did to America.

This is why it’s ludicrous seeing the Trump ads saying he is going to help working people by doing things like not taxing overtime. He himself brags about not paying overtime, not paying contractors and firing striking workers.

Of course it’s easy to cut taxes on overtime if you don’t pay overtime.

It's no coincidence that those who surround themself with and support a con and felon like Trump become criminals too.

Listen to former Trump supporters share their reasons for no longer backing him in the 2024 election. From concerns about his character and leadership to the events of January 6th, these individuals reflect on their changing views and why they believe Trump is unfit to lead the country again.

And here is a guy who is starting to regret his vote for Trump ...

There are lots of Republicans smart enough to know that Trump is not only a danger to Democracy, but that those he will choose to put in high positions are just as bad, just as crooked, just as self-serving, or just as incompetent. Some of those former Republicans have chosen to put country before party, and that also includes lots of Veterans. It's hard to ignore the things Trump has said and done, and all the red flags of warning.

Sure, you aren't going to change the minds of those who believe that pathological liar tells them the truth, and everyone else is lying. You going to get right wing extremists, White Nationalists, those who want to eliminate the separation of church and state, QAnon Kooks, or KKK types to change their views that Trump's not the guy for them. He shares their vision. Regardless, I think that's the minority of Americans, but we will find out soon enough. Its just too hard to believe the majority of Americans want a 78 1/2 year old felon and con, rambling a bunch of crazy stuff mixed with doses of vulgarity, bigotry, and racism, with a vengeance mission, and a deteriorating mental state as the guy to lead this country.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. pledged Saturday that a future Trump administration would seek to remove fluoride from drinking water as a Day 1 goal, reversing a decades-old intervention widely credited for boosting public health.

“On January 20, the Trump White House will advise all U.S. water systems to remove fluoride from public water,” Kennedy wrote Saturday on social media, adding a list of medical conditions that he said were associated with fluoride consumption, such as bone fractures and neurodevelopmental disorders. Donald Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, has pledged that Kennedy will be empowered to play a major role overseeing health policy if he is elected.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has long recommended putting fluoride in Americans’ drinking water, hailing it as one of the 10 great public health achievements of the 20th century and citing data that the practice reduces cavities by about 25 percent in children and adults.

US government report says fluoride at twice the recommended limit is linked to lower IQ in kids

NEW YORK (AP) — A U.S. government report expected to stir debate concluded that fluoride in drinking water at twice the recommended limit is linked with lower IQ in children.

The report, based on an analysis of previously published research, marks the first time a federal agency has determined — “with moderate confidence” — that there is a link between higher levels of fluoride exposure and lower IQ in kids. While the report was not designed to evaluate the health effects of fluoride in drinking water alone, it is a striking acknowledgment of a potential neurological risk from high levels of fluoride.

Fluoride strengthens teeth and reduces cavities by [COLOR=var(--color-link-text)]replacing minerals lost during normal wear and tear
, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The addition of low levels of fluoride to drinking water has long been considered one of the greatest public health achievements of the last century.

“I think this (report) is crucial in our understanding” of this risk, said Ashley Malin, a University of Florida researcher who has [COLOR=var(--color-link-text)]studied the effect of higher fluoride levels in pregnant women on their children. She called it the most rigorously conducted report of its kind.

MAGAts never take responsibility for their actions

A Lieutenant for an Ohio sheriff’s Office is making headlines after some of his social media posts caught the public’s eye.

According to news station WHIO, John Rodgers, a Clark County Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant for more than 20 years, made several Facebook posts that brought a lot of scrutiny to himself and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the news source, some of the posts stated, “I am sorry. If you support the Democratic Party, I will not help you” and “The problem is that I know which of you supports the Democratic Party, and I will not help you survive the end of days.”

In another post, according to WHIO, Rodgers wrote that people would need to “provide proof of who you voted for” before rendering aid.

Chief Deputy Mike Young sent a statement to the news station that said, in part, the Office agrees the comments made were highly inappropriate and do not reflect the Sheriff’s Office’s delivery of service to all residents, regardless of their voting preference. He stated that the station and Lt. Rodgers would work especially hard to regain the public’s trust.

It is also suggested that a possible medical issue is involved in Rodgers’ actions.

WHIO obtained an investigative file and discovered in an inter-office communication with supervisors that Rodgers wrote, “I do not remember writing these posts or deleting any posts.”

The file also indicates that Rodgers is prescribed sleeping medication, which Rodgers documented, “It does cause some of my communication to be ‘out of character’ which is a documented side effect.”
