Yeah I don't mind him pouting if true. He played well so he's probably rightly confused as to why he didn't finish the game. He has to be even more confused when he saw Jalen and FVV finish the game.

I doubt he pouts if Ime closed the game with the Bari/Tari/Amen/Holiday/ lineup.

Yes please, the thing is Harden was a Playoff guarantee in the past, this team is probably a tier or 2 tiers below.

We would be ecstatic about 1 single Play In victory if at all.

We would kill if Dylan Harper or Ace Bailey becomes that Harden type light.

We gonna trade him to warriors and he's gonna win mvp. Cuz if he can get those touch fouls and be surrounded by those shooters he will sleep walk into triple doubles.

I agree. The Rockets would be better *right now* with Harden, but all the young guys would learn to play a style dependent on his ball dominance. That’s not in the long term best interests of the team.

We don’t want Sengun, Jalen, and Jabari to become Clint Capela, Danuel House, and Trevor Ariza (no disrespect to those guys).

Not fired... but own your shyt.... say "my bad" and DO BETTER. Better yet, don't put yourself in that situation.

He was watching the same game as all of us... you could see it... hell, Kerr could see it,,,

The issue with Fred is his slow pace and he hesitates a lot. In OT that one Jalen Green finish where he had to go around the rim would have been a dunk had FVV not waited a second on the break to get Jalen the ball. Him waiting made that a tough finish.

Even in double situations you'll see Sengun right there in the middle and he'll look it off despite Sengun being wide open and in his space. It drives me wild how much he hesitates.

Except that's the exact offense we are running now. We have 0 off ball movement just using a worse player to run pick and rolls. I'd agree with you if we actually had a good offensive coach who would utilize players differently. Instead we just stand around and watch 1 guy isolate all day long.

No one said fired, they want him to see who is playing well and who is not, and play them accordingly.

I really only watched the second half. Figured rockets always play 1 good half so when I saw the score I figured we would make a comeback.

But from what I saw in second half every time we tried to play physical they got a foul call.

I don't remember ever seeing 25+ for a road team before. I'm not saying a home team DESERVES home cooking, but.... it got pretty bad out there. Imagine if they only had 20 more FTs than us.... or 15...

I've never thought it but that was a red flag.

I root for Sengun because he provides the most sustainable production of anyone on this team. We can’t count on Jalen or Jabari or anyone shooting 50% from three every game, but we can count on Sengun generating good looks for our perimeter shooters (I wish they were better at catch and shoot 3s). That kind of play is what will make this team a winner and that’s why I get pissed when little basement dwellers like you clog the board with idiotic takes because Alpi gets beat on a couple of plays per game.

BTW, the perimeter defense in this game was the total failure and the reason we got down by 31. Yet you dipshits continue to disparage the guy least responsible for perimeter D. You’re demonstrating the same ball IQ (or lack thereof) as our previous coach.

I am starting to wonder if Houston doesn't have more coaching problems than we realized.

I like Ime a lot. I think he’s a solid to great coach overall. But that shouldn’t make him immune to criticism.

He coached a bad game today. It is what it is. Hopefully he’ll keep growing as a coach while our guys grow as players

I don't want him fired because I think its always stupid to fire a coach in the middle of the season.

I just want his rotations to be better. I think the main reason this team is so hot and cold is because he'll stick with a cold lineup for far too long while ignoring a lineup that worked.
