Fred likely has more pull in the organization than Al P given his experience and pedigree


That being said, Al P getting no OT minutes is ridiculous

 

He wears a back brace on the bench we've known this over a week.

 

If Sengun was indeed hurt then that excuses at least 20% of Ime's stupidity tonight.

Doesn't excuse why we tried to ride our two coldest players to a win and not once go back to the lineup that got us in the game.

 

Lol Ime not happy with our physicality... he says the same things every game

 

I've just been sitting here for 10min lol I don't know what to do with myself after that.

 

Holiday likely won’t lose the game for you. Cam just might.

Just trade Sengun at this point. You can't pay the dude $37M/yr and only play him 20 minutes that's malpractice. I get benching a player when they are playing poorly, but at some point you have to let your cornerstone player play. And if you are all about benching a player when they play poorly, FVV gotta sit on the bench.

 

The Rockets are a playoff team if they literally release Jabari and FVV. It's that simple. It's so frustrating Ime continues to play these guys that are washed up and not starting caliber NBA players. The only hope at this point is if Tillman understands that their current trajectory costs him money.

 

Well actually it was on a few.

It was just not his night and he's probably feels responsible for it. But everyone other than Alpi was blowing in the 1st half.

Yeah he slowed things down. Thought they at least should have kept Holliday in for OT and left Green out. Put Amen at 2. Maybe Tari at 4 Brooks at 3 Bari at 5. 4 of those guys are the core of the comeback.

Tari Eason and Amen Thompson are ****ing amazing.

Udoka all over the shop in this presser. Can't bench one guy for not playing up to expectations when you keep playing two dudes having absolute stinkers in Fred and Jalen

 

Weirdly enough, the Reed Sheppard + Holiday combination during the comeback wasn't half bad. At least they created spacing on offense. No one on Golden State took Fred seriously as a shooter. When we needed 3s late, I don't understand the logic.
