I'll bet you $1,000 that if Trump wins, we will still have education and interstate highways and millions of American citizens will not be deported.
There will be radical changes. If you don't think that's the case, you haven't been paying attention to what they have been saying. What do you think Musk is going to do? What do you think he means when he says there will be a lot of pain? What do you think RFK is going to do when he takes over health?
Pennsylvania voting. Supreme Court allows Pennsylvania voters to fix faulty absentee ballots The Supreme Court unanimously cleared the way for Pennsylvania voters to submit provisional ballots as a remedy for improperly cast absentee ballots in Tuesday’s presidential election The justices rejected a request by Pennsylvania Republicans and the Republican National Committee to block a ruling by Pennsylvania’s high court that allowed the fix for voters who failed to use a security envelope with their absentee ballots as required by state law. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2024/11/01/supreme-court-pennsylvania-ballots/
Why does everything have to devolve into a bet as some kind of winning an argument tactic? I've never bet a stranger anything in my life.
Because it shows that you are talking nonsense and are clearly aware that you are talking nonsense. If you actually thought those things would happen, you would happily take my money. If I said the sun would rise tomorrow and someone offered to bet me $1,000 that it wouldn't, I would take the bet in a heartbeat. It puts into sharp relief who truly believes what they are saying and who is just lying to drive a narrative.
LMAO chud boy Crixus liked your post. The deadbeat welcher liked a post about betting. You can't make this **** up.
I see your rhetorical flourish to whomever you're wagering (not sure), but what you or they have said is both vague and extreme: * you didn't provide a time scale. Right wing idealogues aren't the only ones that can make "slippery slope" arguments. * if anyone said Trump and his cronies would literally rip up the interstate highways completely, they are insane. But that's what your bet is proposing someone believes (?) I wouldn't ever wager $ on politics, but if I did, I'd want something specific like "If the GOP takes the presidency and both houses, within two years, funding for the Dept. of Ed. will..." etc. Cheers.
It was NewYorker, um I mean @Sweet Lou 4 2. I think in context it was pretty clear that the proposed bet was that if any of the following happened during a 2025-2029 Trump presidency I would lose: the large-scale destruction of the interstate highway system, the elimination of widely available education in the United States, or the deportation of millions of American citizens. There is a reason the bet wasn't accepted, and it is because you would have to be absolutely batshit insane to think any of those things have even a 1% chance of happening before January 20, 2029.
I don't do internet bets lol. No, they wouldn't rip up the interstate highway system, I never said that. You are lying now. I said it would be the end of things like that - because it would be privatized and defunded as a federal entity. The EPA would be turned into something dark. I mean, you really should read project 2025. It's written by Trump's former administration. It's what they will actually do.
So when you said there would be no interstate highway system or education and that millions of American citizens would be deported, you were lying. Yes, I knew that. That is why I offered the bet.
No. He would end federal highway grants and defund the dept of education, and yes deport millions by his very own effing words. You are just arguing for the sake of scoring some imaginary points. Try having an honest debate for once. And this is why I'd never bet you - because you'd claim I said "destroy the highway system" as in bulldoze it and claim you won the bet. You're not a genuine person from what I have seen - always twisting things to get the victory point.
I know the Rockets won't win 60 games but I'd still wouldn't bet you $1000 - you know why? Because I know you'd never pay up. It's just not my thing. I don't bet money with friends even. Not even $5. I think you just think if people don't want to bet it's because they know they are wrong, and not just that they don't ****ing want to place a bet with you.
I was using your own words. I didn't make anything up or put words in your mouth. You said if Trump won it would be the End of education... bye bye Intersate highway system, and millions of US citizens would be deported. I was willing to offer a bet that not only would all of those things not happen, but not even one of the three I mentioned would happen. That isn't me being disingenuous, that isn't me arguing imaginary point. I am directly challenging your own words, saying they are horseshit, and putting my money on the line to call it out. The fact that you are refusing is not some imaginary code against betting people on the Internet. You know what you said isn't going to happen and you don't want to lose $1,000 and you don't want to be a Welcher like @CrixusTheUndefeatedGaul. I have paid off every bet I have ever been a part of, including here, which is why I am now StupidMoniker instead of Hydra. Unlike you, I didn't change my username because I am a liar, I changed it because I lost a bet. You are full of ****.
Actually he can read Agenda 47 on Trump's website since Trump denies Project 2025. It is the same thing.
Does Agenda 47 indicate that Trump will destroy the interstate highway system, eliminate education, or deport millions of American citizens? If so, you should take me up on my bet, I am hereby making it open to anyone and everyone. No limitations on who can take advantage. If anyone thinks a Trump presidency will result in the large-scale destruction of the interstate highway system, the elimination of widely available education in the United States, or the deportation of millions of American citizens, they should definitely take me up on the bet.
In connection with totally refocusing schools on succeeding in the world of work, President Trump pledges to close the Department of Education in Washington, D.C. and to send all education work and needs back to the States. https://www.donaldjtrump.com/agenda...iples-for-great-schools-leading-to-great-jobs
