Uyghurs and Hong Kong are one of the lower disappointments of the Trump admin. He talks a good Jina game but it's more about trade competition, like Biden, than Universal Rights. TBF most Americans would rather have and care about cheaper iphones than deal with the slave-like labor and enviromental waste making/disposing them.
Just listened to a discussion on Trump's idea to end income taxes and replace them with tariffs. First off last year the US imports were about $3 trillion while Income tax revenue was $4.2 Trillion so even a 100% tariffs couldn't make up for income taxes. Also for many of those saying we should just cut spending also are supporting Trump policies that would be very expensive such as massive increases in border control and deportation. That is on top of spending on things that are locked into by law and especially on things like Medicare.
I remember hearing about a rewind to tariffs over income taxes a couple of decades ago. It was from libertarians who hated FDR and the New Deal and thought the size of government would shrink w/o oppressive and "unconstitutional" (not wut the FF intended!!) income taxes. These old and crazy ideas never really die.

Good luck on getting rid of entitlement spending. That is even less likely to happen than 100% tariffs and getting rid of the income tax.
I haven’t seen any other coverage of this so am hold off on this until see more. Sadly though even if this can be verified I doubt it makes much of a difference. Trump’s friendship with Epstein has been known for years.
I do believe even if you cannot fight off his presidency, he should be in prison thereafter. Some guys are just lucky but should still see punishment.
