I loved watching Green operate. He can get so easily to the basket.

 

The defensive rotation with Amen, Tari, Brooks, JG, etc. won the game tonight to close it out.
We beat a team that went to the Finals last year, with Luka, Irving, and Klay currently on it.
This was a great win, give the team and coach credit imo.

 

I can't remember the last time we beat theMavs

 

We are a difficult matchup when the Rockets are confident and in their groove on offense. But we fall out of rhythm pretty quickly and have to scrape by and manufacture baskets. To get 19 offensive boards against a good rebounding Mavericks team is impressive. Hard earned, well-deserved win.

Great to see Eason and Thompson impacting the game, and there was more good Cam than bad.

Is Reed Sheppard on a mandatory 5-minute leash?

would have never made the comeback with Amen and Tari in the game.amen is 22 and played 17 mins FVV played 37

Like i kept saying in the past. I believe we are one year behind the Thunder in development in the rebuild. We started a year after them.

They went from 22 wins to 24 wins to 40 wins to 57 wins in the past 4 years
We have gone 20 wins to 22 wins to 41 wins in the past three years since we started to rebuild. There is no reason we can't get close to 50 wins if we stay healthy. To compete for a title we would need to trade for a superstar.

 

Given the lead at the time, I think it was a calculated risk on his part and probably a good time to have FVV get back his rhythm (obviously he didn't get it). I would have done the same. I would rather have Amen and Tari available and ready during the home stretch while trying to get starters some burn to dust away the bad shooting from the first half. Also, the way the game is called, Amen and Tari would have probably been in foul trouble come the final minutes which would limit their aggressiveness

 

We say he didn't shoot well, actually though he still had 37.5% from deep...So he kinda did, he just didn't shoot that often compared to usual and missed at least 2 layups that looked like they were in after he beat the man. If he hits those then his 9/21 becomes11/21 (52%) and he finishes with 27. That's finishing sloppily, not shooting badly.

 

I was getting so upset when they started making me believe again at the end ahahahhahahah

 

It don't get clearer than this. Together Amen and Tari fuse like Vegeta and Goku, they're unstoppable.

He can't even realistically get traded this season you moron. You can't even enjoy a win without making a dumbass divisive post.

He missed a few shots he normally makes, but had 17/12/4 and got several Mavs in foul trouble. When he goes back to his normal FG %, he scores about 22-25 points on the same shots. Rest of his stat line is identical with Jalen's, minus Jalen's turnovers.
