I personally don’t draw a distinction when I use the term prosecute and try cases. However technically there is a difference. The number you prosecute is higher than those you try. Regardless - 50 is sufficient. She also went on to be in charge of huge suits in California down the line and was successful. If you don’t like her that is fine - but she has had real legal experience and has made big legal decisions for the state of California.
