I didn't listen to it simply because I can't stand hearing that nutjob speak. This guy seems to agree with your assessment though, and looking at some of the quotes it doesn't surprise me one bit. Same old crazy rambling, different day. I added my own comments in italics.

Opinion: Donald Trump's Joe Rogan interview was a brain-rotted waste of 3 hours

Have you ever been in a bar or restaurant and overheard two people who clearly don’t have any idea what they’re talking about, but they just keep talking anyway? And the dumber it gets, the louder it gets? And eventually the shrimp just isn’t that tasty anymore?

That’s what it was like listening to “The Joe Rogan Experience” Friday night, when Rogan released his much-ballyhooed interview with Donald Trump, recorded earlier in the day. It was bad, and it wouldn’t end.

“What is happening with the whales?” Rogan asked as Trump disparaged windmills, an alternative form of energy.

“The wind drives whales crazy. … I want to be a whale psychiatrist.”

Hmmm, I think a real psychiatrist might want to slap an official diagnose on Trump actually.

“To me the most beautiful word … in the dictionary today is the word tariff. It’s more beautiful than love. It’s more beautiful than anything”

Somehow that statement doesn't surprise me. He probably does love tariffs more than love itself.

Trump still denying he lost the 2020 Election.

“I don’t want to get you in any disputes, but I won that election so easy.”

A man that is never going to admit he loses, lies, cheats, commits fraud, or sexually assaults or rapes anyone. That's Trump. Lie and deny.

Trump told Rogan at one point forest fires could be prevented if they just raked the forest floor.

How many people does he think it would it take to rake 33 million acres of forest in California alone once a week?

I live in a pivotal county in a pivotal state when it comes to the election. Trump has stiffed our paramedics and police officers to the tune of a couple hundred thousand dollars for covering his rallies dating back to 2016 (the number might be higher, to be honest).

Someone put up a very effective (in my opinion) billboard all along the interstates that run though town.

It basically says "Why won't Trump pay our first responders?" And has a bunch of past due bills on it.

I saw a similar ad in St. Cloud, Mn where Trump held a rally and didn’t pay his bills.

May very well be a national ad in places like this. We all know there are a bunch of them.

The fine print is too small for me to see who paid for it while I'm driving.

I can't believe he's not getting sued for it. And I also can't believe that we're considering someone that would do that (the man of "Law and Order") for President. What a joke.

Just a whole bunch of quotes taken out of context and chopped up. If you don't want to listen to it fine, but don't pretend to have an accurate take on it when you didn't hear a word and just relying on others' opinion.

You just described 99% of the social media posts from the right about Harris and Walz on here.

Except Trump-Vance have been on way more long-format interviews and podcasts than Harris-Walz, whose interviews have been entirely heavily edited and/or scripted.

You'd think that alone should disqualify him. Being a felon on top of it, and a coup planning insurrectionist, a rapist, and a guy indicted for hoarding tons of highly classified documents and obstructing justice to retrieve them. Oh, and how about his personal calls to Putin afterwards? Yeah, he is definitely someone who shouldn't even be allowed to run for office. He would be disqualified for so many more menial jobs. He wouldn't even be accepted in the military with that record, yet he's allowed to run for Commander in Chief of the military? What sense does that make? Our system needs fixed.

And Vance/Trump interviews have been a stream of babbling insanity, lies and falsehoods meant to divide and demonize. That isn't a win for Vance/Trump.

Same old racist hate spewing, name calling, and vulgar insults at the latest Trump rally. I sure hope the majority of Americans vote for Harris and get rid of Trump for good. He's toxic. People close to him, rallying with him and kissing his butt are toxic.

Hinchcliffe—a roast comic who hosts a live podcast “Kill Tony”—opened Sunday’s rally as one of many speakers before Trump, and said: “There’s a lot going on. I don’t know if you know this, but there’s literally a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. I think it’s called Puerto Rico.”

Comedian or not, it's typical racist BS for people on stage for Trump. It's just like Trump calling this country a garbage dump because of immigrants.

The comment drew almost immediate criticism online, with Rep. Ritchie Torres, D-N.Y., saying on X, formerly known as Twitter: “As a Puerto Rican, I am tempted to call Hinchcliffe racist garbage but doing so would be an insult to garbage.”

Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar, R-Fla., said in a statement on X she was “disgusted” by Hinchcliffe’s “racist comment.” She continued: “This rhetoric does not reflect GOP values. Puerto Rico sent 48,000+ soldiers to Vietnam, with over 345 Purple Hearts awarded. This bravery deserves respect. Educate yourself!”

Some other speakers at Trump’s rally also made questionable comments. Trump’s childhood friend David Rem called Harris “the antichrist,” radio host Sid Rosenberg called Hillary Clinton “a sick son of a b***ch” and said “f***ing illegals ... get whatever they want,” and businessman Grant Cardone painted Harris as a metaphorical prostitute by saying she and “her pimp handlers will destroy our country.” Former Fox host Tucker Carlson mocked Harris’ race, saying she could become “the first Samoan, Malaysian, low IQ former California prosecutor ever to be elected president” (Harris’ parents were from India and Jamaica).

I was pretty frustrated with Kamala after the CNN town hall. After seeing Trumps KKK/Nazi rally in MSG, I think the new strategy should be just let Trump have all the attention on him.
