Well Jalen Green showed up - again.

No one else did- but Jalen did.

Jabari Smith is very young … but I won’t lie, he is annoying. Reminds me of a Marvin Williams & Harrison Barnes love child… no one needs that

    This.

Our players are not properly used under Udoka.

I would have put him in on the last play. Everyone knew Jalen was going to take the last shot. Ime should have used Jalen as a decoy and passed it out to a shooter.

Genuinely, Jalen's the only person on the roster who actually can do that. That's why the "Amen has the highest ceiling" **** and "Sengun's the clear best prospect" **** actually doesn't hold up. One player on this roster has several games with over 30 points on insane efficiency. And he's done it in every season of his career, whilst "best prospect according to the herd" was struggling to hit 15 points. Consistency was the issue, not ability. If he starts tapping into that with this new found 2-way play then straight up, those Kobe comps are not far off at all.

Jabari wasn’t the reason we lost. We had several opportunities collectively.

Good correction, and Sengun definitely is not anywhere near Joker, yet. Having Sengun at the elbows creates better driving/attacking angles for him and Green.

Fred was great in his role last season. It’s only three games in, but he needs to get back to being that guy this season. If not, give more playmaking responsibility to Jalen Green and let Fred be a floor spacer that stretches defenses.

Currently he's chasing "Sabonis-lite" not Jokic. He's a long way off 3-time MVP, best player in the league sort of talk.

As much as I love Tari the guys gets no separation with the ball. Similar issue with Brooks although Brooks seems to get to the paint more. Reed doesn’t put pressure on defenses either. Holliday does. Jeff Green does.

So funny… I had a moment during the game when I thought to myself… “oh god, this is who Jabari reminds me of right know”. Harrison Barnes, yuck.

Are you referring to the Kings, or Ime’s Rockets?

Ime doesn't think like that. Unless the adjustment is "we need to hustle harder/bring more energy/get tougher" on defense, you're **** out of luck expecting it from Ime.

Is that not the same as every time we lose? Our coach is tougher, not smarter ;)

I doubt Udoka could be this smart. Udoka is just another Silas without clapping hands.

Ehh, honestly a lot of times the most important adjustment is just "players need to play better and execute better on the floor". Tactical tweaks can be made, but there were a number of different spots in the first half tonight where Alpi just needs to be better... go quicker and make the next pass, don't let the ball get sticky, score at the rim vs Sochan or Zach Collins contests etc.

Tonight and vs Charlotte, I don't doubt that Ime and stuff are trying to communicate that decisions need to be made faster etc. It really is just on the players to improve and do it sometimes.
