He is too inefficient to shoot so much. Numbers look good if you dont look at his percentages. Big concern going forward. Im glad we won ofcourse but im gonna continue to hold him accountable and I dont care who cries about it.
He settles for jumpers far to often. He's too explosive for that, attack the damn rim. I don't understand why he struggles so much to be a downhill PnR player.

He was really good defensively in the first quarter against Charlotte too .... after that, nobody was good in Q2-4.
I think it's pretty simple why he doesn't attack the rim more out of the PnR - It's because of the way teams defend him any of the Rockets bigs - both defenders go under the screen. They clog the paint and concede the 3. I'm not sure that would change much (in the regular season) even if Green was shooting 45% from 3. Even at that high a percentage from 3 it's statistically a better outcome for the defender than giving up the ~70% he shoots at the rim by 5 points per 100 possessions. What the team really needs is more action off of the ball in those PnR sets where Jalen (or any ball handler for that matter) has more options than simply taking the 3 when both defenders go under the pick.
His improvement on defense is kinda crazy to me. I guess that speaks to his work ethic or Imes coaching. On offense he still disappears. In both games he had a phase in which he took over and both times it was at a critical time of the game. But then he disappeard again. Partly because he was on the bench, but he doesn‘t seem to want to dominate the game. Still, encouraging start to the season for him. He needs to get his percentage up a little, but this is looking alright.
There isn't a word in the language that fully captures my hatred for him so whenever i curse at him unfortunately i'm left unsatisfied. Wish i knew German i've head that they have great insults.
