Anyone can do an hour long unscripted interview. It is the content of the interview. He avoided questions. He gave answers to that had nothing to do with the questions. He ranted the Wall Stret Journal is always wrong. He said the interviewer was wrongs with facts, but Trump offered no counter information. Just because people were nice and applauded at the end does not mean it was not a rambling shitshow. Also it was not a single topic. There were multiple topics. Why are you defending Trump's interview when you obviously did not watch it?

 

That's not how things work, you can't just completely dismiss the entire year of Trump going on multiple podcasts doing a CNN town hall and even speaking at the libertarian convention all while the candidate he was running against got switched up at the last minute because they were losing. Trump has been doing this all year solidifying his candidacy while Kamala avoided any type of interview or friction until now because she is losing. Trump is done, he put work in all year and is the fav to win. Kamala is just barely doing what she was supposed to do since the beginning, this isn't her being brave and up for any challenge... This is her being desperate because she knows her chances aren't good. None of these interviews will salvage her campaign.

The expectations for Trump are always unreasonable, he has to abide by every single thing and when he doesn't he is critiqued. Kamala hasn't done $hit up until now with no pushback from the media or her own supporters yet when she finally decides to try and pull some desperation stunts she is admired and given credit....

Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance suggested in an interview with podcast host Joe Rogan that aired Thursday that White upper- and middle-class children are incentivized to identify as transgender to gain admission to elite colleges.

“Think about the incentives,” Vance said. “If you are a, you know, middle-class or upper middle-class White parent and the only thing that you care about is whether your child goes into Harvard or Yale, like obviously, that pathway has become a lot harder for a lot of upper middle-class kids, but the one way that those people can participate in the DEI bureaucracy in this country is to be trans, and is there a dynamic that’s going on where, if you become trans, that is the way to reject your White privilege.”
