There are a lot of voluntary helpers (checked by observers), nobody counts millions of votes by hand, it's always just a few thousand per location. I understand we are talking about more than 4x the population here, but when broken down to the individuals, it shouldn't be impossible.

Republican state legislatures pass laws requiring that early voting can’t be counted until Election Day. Then Republican gas bags intent on deceiving their constituents accuse those states of engaging in election fraud because counting goes into the morning. But you know this and don’t give a crap.
