I’ve heard of this theory before and another take so that every single moment we’re in is a different universe than the last universes. They would go along with that every single action even the change indirection of a subatomic particle creates a new universe.

One of the questions with all this is that our perception only of one universe at a time so quantum immortality is only possible because the universe we perceived we survive but if our consciousness doesn’t got a universe that survives we wouldn’t perceive it.
