Nate Silver yields, plays +24d victim card. @FranchiseBlade follows suit with same card.

The fact that it's even close, with all of the macro factors favoring Trump, is more of an indictment against the GOP for nominating him again than it is for Kamala Harris.

100%. This is a race that is only close because the GOP and Trump supporters just can't move on from the guy. The whole TDS tagline is just another example of projection.

What macro factors? Harris is the incumbent. democrats have been bragging about the screaming hot economy, the soft land and how awesome everything is. Lets not forget lower crime, ect ect

The only headwind Democrats have is running Biden and Harris again. Completely stupid. Just as it was stupid to run Hillary. Democrats had 4 years to groom a successor to Biden, and instead, failed with Biden and currently failing with Harris, a perpetual loser that is more unpopular that Hillary.

Dissatisfaction with the economy, a period of high inflation, a majority saying the country is "on the wrong track", anger at mass migration, etc.

An incumbent with those headwinds shouldn't be running neck and neck.

So now you are saying Biden/Harris have done an anemic job at best. Why should anyone vote for Harris then? You're playing both sides here.
